      I purchased a sectional from ******** that they make. It came to Big Lots with the back missing on the middle piece. Big Lots said they couldnt do anything but wait to see if it would come but it never did. The couch didnt ship with any booklet or anything so it took me time to find their contact information however it seems even the ones I called are inactive. The automated voice said I called outside of normal business hours multiple times although I hadnt. In my many attempts I cant even get ahold of someone to try to get these sent on while I assume I still have an active warranty.

      Sept 2021- ordered sectional couch on Wayfair, for $3184.98. Rec'd delivery info for Nov/Dec '21, following production. Reviewed warranties for purchase & reviewed manufacturer warranty covering fabric, frame, etc for limited time - determined it would meet our needs. Wayfair has many suppliers, our item produced/serviced/warrantied by Klaussner Home Furnishings. Note: have had good experience w/ Wayfair, complaint not meant for them.We were happy when item came in Nov & 1st few months - a year seemed fine & were pleased overall. Around 1 year, my husband felt some cushions "sinking"/not supportive as when rec'd. Further inspection showed weak ("wiggly") piece of wood in back of frame. He showed ******* kept an eye on it. Short time later, he felt a full break there, & another in arm on opposite side. I reviewed warranty & determined frame was covered, & this wasn't "normal wear & tear". Note: biggest kid is 50lbs, adults also of average weight, & no gymnastics/unusual forces being applied to couch.Short time later, felt 3rd break in frame & called warranty #. Spoke w/ *****, she asked me to email to share pictures, etc. She completed steps for replacement/approval by management (2 of 3 ******** *** received confirmation. Last email was July '23. I've emailed since, w/ no response, have called both #'s found, left at least 3 messages on # allowing voicemail, no response. (last call - mid-Feb '24) In the time from July '23 to now, the seat springs in corner near 1st break have become bumpy & hard, rising up from seat, as base of seat frame "bottoms out", as a result of the breaks. In this time, we've also found another break in the 3rd (center) piece - that was not originally approved for replacement. There's now a safety concern for my kids as the item continues to deteriorate as a result of all the breaks. Note: there are also seams ripping in places on fabric, but this isn't basis of complaint.Prefer full refund, we have no confidence in quality of replacement.
