    On 22 AUG 22, I purchased a puppy from ******************************* for $ 600 for shipment via airline flight. They sent me pictures for the puppy and sent the documents of ownership. They mentioned that there was no additional charge for shipping then I got email stated require $995 pet insurance and I received an email a few hours later stating that they require an additional $1500 for a ventilator because a gentleman on the phone and email required me to purchase this device in order for the puppy to fly. The gentlemen mentioned that puppy was sick and required vaccination shots and ac ventilator carrier.
