  We were scheduled for a 3:30 PM RSI Vacations presentation and attended as a couple. What was supposed to be a quick overview turned into a 1 hour and 45-minute ordeal. The presentation, led by **** Zu, was long-winded, unstructured, and frankly exhausting. We had to briefly leave to feed our kids, and were told that wasnt allowedeven though bathroom breaks were. The level of control and lack of basic consideration for families was shocking.The entire experience felt like a relentless push to sell overpriced memberships that aren't even worth it. Their offer included a $29 membership just to access RSI Vacation deals, which are pitched as exclusive but feel like generic, inflated vacation packages. And to top it off, their system is outdatedthey encourage senior citizens or those 55+ to call customer service **** to book anything. Were in the age of AI and streamlined digital booking, yet theyre still stuck in an old-school, inefficient model.This is just another marketing trap to make peopleespecially retirees or those looking for dealspay for things they dont need, especially in this economy. As someone with a sales background, I can confidently say: if the product was good, they wouldn't need to drag it out or use pressure tactics. A real value proposition sells itself in 2030 ************* waste of time. Feels like a scam. Avoid at all costs.

  I am so upset with this company Brio Vacations a part of RSI vacations. They have you sit through a 2 hour zoom & promise you a free cruise & once you sign up & the membership cost you $$$$ I got on the website to find out the savings isnt that much different then other places. To top it off the company the free cruise is through ********* has really bad *********** have read that you end up spending thousands to get what you want & still cant get the dates you want. I want to cancel my membership but the address that is given does not show there company really located there. Im beginning to believe this is all a scam. I also just get voice mail when I call. If I cant cancel my membership & get a refund I think I will go on social media & make sure everyone knows not to get involved in this company. Or maybe a news station would like to hear about it. Just really frustrated.

  i just made a multi city and country booking with ****** ****** of World Platinum. the entire transaction was perfect. Taylre was professional and personable. i really cannot remember a transaction that was more pleasurable as this was in working with Taylre. Thank you.

  very difficult to book trips and get agent to understand,******** ****** WAS AGENT, ended call by hanging up on me.matter was later resolved by customer service.

  ***** *****, with Resorts International, did a stellar job for us. She made it possible to change our travel home from an *** cruise from ******, this coming May 30th. *** saddled us with the worst seats and flights possible, traveling in the middle of the night waiting for 18 hours before a flight. *** refused to change our flights, stating that the flights "met within their guide lines". This is the last cruise and flights we will take with ***! Thank you, ***** *****, for getting us home in a timely manor, after all we are business people and cannot afford to waist 18 hours sitting at an airport, so *** could save $15 dollars per seat for 2 seats.
