We had an reservation at 7:30 pm July 24th for my Birthday. The table was suppose to be upstairs and outside. They kept trying to put us inside and downstairs. We went upstairs and was told to go back down and a girl dropped the serving tray which came close to knocking me or my wife downstairs. The hostess was very rude may I add, she is definitely in the wrong position. Finally had a table outside. They brought out our drinks first time my glass had a big chip out of it, my wife's drink was replaced 3 times and was flat. So got lemonade. We finally got our meal after 9pm and by then was so dark I could barely see my food. We were the only one's left outside. I complained to the waitress and she was paranoid about me seeing the manager. Said I would be called next day. That never happened. So I called the next day which was Tuesday spoke with manager said she didn't hear or know anything about it. After giving my information she finds my info in the desk. Says she will give to owner who would contact me next day. Now it is a week later and I have not heard from anyone. Although our food was good, we will never eat there again. It seemed like it was being run by a bunch of teenagers. I can't in good conscience recommend this place to anyone. How can you have business for 25 years and not be BBB accredited?
