  Five Stars easy. I read most the the 5 Star reviews and agree with their sentiments. I am the owner and also the General Contractor. Last night I took the Crew Chief and his Team out for a celebratory dinner. My eLogHome Master Builder was outstanding. I was impressed with the quality of construction, recommendations along the build and the completed shell is better than I imagined. Their building Integrity and diligence meant the most to me!-The exterior is bullet proof (very strong engineered home) and the few adjustments on the interior have made the home much better than I planned! The spacious great room with cascading windows are breathtaking and our wrap around porch makes me smile!From the Sales Team, to ***************** Engineering Blue-Print revisions, Logistics Coordination (Tractor Trailer Delivery) to ************************ I had the weight of Eloghomes with me all the way.I drove to Elog to meet the Staff that I only knew by phone. I love and respect ElogHome Staff as people and homebuilding professionals. YOU WILL TOO!I highly recomment an eLogHome!

  From the moment I contacted them after losing my family home to a fire this past May I have felt nothing but comfortable and at ease with the process of choosing and purchasing my new home Their customer service (Sherbie) was very informative and never once did I feel like I was left in the dark about anything. She made the entire experience worthwhile, and the company itself I can't say enough about how lucky I was by selecting them as my first choice in getting a log home. I ran into a tough point although my home was paid for entirely upfront after having lost my entire life savings to a cyber currency exchange scam I did not have enough money to cover shipping of the completed package and the company offered me free storage of the kit until I can get it brought to my property they even wiped out the couple hundred dollars I had outstanding for a balance they made me feel as if I was not alone and that they cared about what had happened to me. Things have been very hard trying to get by when everything you ever had is suddenly gone and all the best-laid plans follow suit the reality of knowing I will never recover what was stolen from me is a hard pill to swallow and I have made peace with the fact that even though I am a disabled Vet I may very well be building my house all by myself and that's fine I'll do what I need to to see this through, but I will forever be grateful for what this company did for me and my family it may not seem like much but to us, it was a kind and needed reprieve and helped us get by for now.Regardless of what negativity others may have expressed I have nothing but positive things to say and have much respect for the owners and employees of this company it truly is one of the last great businesses that remain made in the *** and others would do well to learn from how they operate and take care of their customers.

  My wife and I recently completed our build process with eLog Homes, and they did a great job. Anytime you go through a build process it is a journey, but the team at eLog Homes was knowledgeable, professional, kind, and fair throughout the process. I was also very impressed with the faming team. The house is over ***** square feet plus a detached garage, and they completed the framing process in under two months. The craftsmanship was top notch, and I'm very pleased with how this turned out. I would build with them again and would recommend them to anyone looking to build their dream home.

  Eloghomes has been great to my wife and ************** helped us plan and finish blueprints at the end of cabin purchase. She has a lot of experience and helped us out on a late fee and waived it for us on a little bump in the road we had on funds . She corrected it and we didnt pay any additional fees . Thank you so much ***** !! For Coordinating delivery and having our home delivered !!! I recommend this company highly for your next log home !! Also **** was helping the process move forward by filling us with knowledge and handling times when the blueprints needed changing . She Emailed me almost everyday through the process !! Thank you so much **** !! Also I would like to thank ******* from the first day I made the call to Eloghomes to talk about purchasing a cabin . She was very sweet and helpful to choosing a cabin and enlightening us on this company . She started the process of us purchasing and we were all in !! Thank you all for talking to us in the late evenings/ nights to make this happen !!! Its been a crazy journey but The build has begun !!!!

  My sister-in-law and brother-in-law had used eloghomes for their 6500 sq.ft. log cabin bed and breakfast in *********** **. I had reviewed the companies reviews on the BBB site and was concerned about some of the recent reviews (Pandemic timeframe). My husband and I met with the staff to discuss the model that we liked and share some changes we wanted to make. They were very nice and answered all of our questions. I even brought up the negative reviews I had read about them. It was shared with me that they were recently sold and were bought by a new owner who was addressing numerous issues. We signed a contract in 10/2022. Everyone with the company that we have worked with thus far, has been very accommodating and have guided us through the process. They have been a pleasure to work with. Our cabin is scheduled for delivery in April 2023. The best advice I can give is read your contract. There are several items that are solely the responsibility of the consumer and that of the company. "Momma, told me never sign anything you don't understand". This holds true for anything you sign. Ask for a blank copy and read EVERYTHING. If you have questions, ask! Be a educator consumer. We like to blame others for things we should have known or taken responsibility for ourselves. I realize that we still have to have it constructed (by eloghomes), but I am extremely confident that the staff/company are really motivated to provide good customer services. By the way, this is the very first home that we have every built. This entire experience is new for us, thus it is extremely important to educate yourself about county, city, municipal codes before you sign on the dotted line. As consumers we should never assume or expect, we should ALWAYS take initiative and be proactive. Stay tuned building the "dried-in " cabin. Give them a chance!

  From the moment the build crew arrived, they got to work immediately. They worked consistently every day from sun up to sun down. My biggest pleasure was seeing how much they paid attention to detail. Always looking to make sure everything was done with quality. When they had questions, they would come to me to ensure that everything was done to my satisfaction. I am extremely impressed with how they constructed the main log cabin walls putting felt, glue, dowels and long screws between each log to provide tight support and rock solid design for the entire log walls all the way around. The crew was very nice and polite which matters a lot to me. One morning I bought them cinnamon roles and on 2 separate days bought them lunch. This was my way of thanking them for their hard work but it also made them know I appreciated everything they constructed. My hat is off to everyone at eLogHomes who made this all possible.

  We had a rocky start due to pandemic we had a few hiccups not gonna lie, there were communication issues but they resolved them quickly. The construction manager got on top of issue and once the ball got rolling things have been awesome. Our start date was July 11th, 2022. The crew was there first thing that morning and they met with us to familiar themselves with the property and got straight to work taking inventory and moving logs around to where they needed in the first week the house was 1/3 way up it’s now been 4 weeks and our house is almost dried in. The three man crew was awesome they were polite, respectful and we couldn’t be happier. They had all the equipment they needed in hand, haven’t asked us for any additional equipment other that the what was needed On day one. Our house has been paid for in advance in full, and I think for the money we have spent it’s been well worth the sweat and tears to have our dream home on our property after 45 years of dreaming of this day and it’s getting closer and closer to our move in date of 11/22. I would do this process over again for sure.

  My family is in process of locating an appropriate ADU for our homestead in MS. **** was extremely helpful in helping me understand the log home building process and provided a quote within hours. Even though my family ruled out getting a log home,. I am very appreciative of ****'s assistance.

  The entire process of ordering delivery and assembly was very easy and i always had access to a live person when questions arrived. ***** the coordinator was always able to contact me within hours of an email sent or call returned by next morning. **** was sent to frame my house i purchased a 1 1/2 story 1368sq ft home i was surprised to see he was alone with his wife as support ( with just a telehandler on my part) he framed the entire home in 4 weeks from start to final inspection. I would recomend Elog homes to anyone looking for a log home Thank you Elog Homes

  I am very happy with the material and workmanship from eLogHomes. Everyone was great to work with and made sure all my needs were met from the Sales/Project Team to Framing Crew. I am a very detailed person and the job C.... and P..... did was above and beyond my expectations. These guys are hard working and do the job with pride. The material from eLogHomes is also top grade. I would recommend eLogHomes and this Crew for any log home build.
