On February 7, 2024 i purchased a brand new Mt2 25e tractor from ************************ of Beckley WV. In the purchase was the tractor itself, front loader, and a backhoe as a added attachment. I received the tractor and front loader 3 days later on February 10, 2024. At the time of the pickup of the tractor I was informed that the backhoe attachment would have to be ordered and would take 3 to 4 weeks to come in, I informed the dealership that I was fine with that as it seemed to be a reasonable amount of time for such an item to be delivered. As of today March 31, 2025 i still have not received my backhoe attachment. I have been back and forth with the dealership for the past 14 months, and all I keep getting is that the ** Tractor factory does not have an backhoe. At this point in time I need for someone from the ** Tractor Corporation to contact me about this issue. I need a resolve very quickly or I will have to rake legal action.Business Response

Had my tractor for less than 20 hours and the front loader hydraulic washer seals started leaking. Used it 10 more hours after the initial fix, then the backhoe hydraulic piston, started leaking and it took 3 weeks to get it warranty approval. They wound up sending it out for a rebuild. Now at 40 hours the the hydraulic controller for the bucket just rubbed the hoses so bad, it just pours fluid out. Been without my tractor for over 5 weeks now because of wrong parts delivered and manufacturer slow to resolve their obvious problem or should be a recall. I've contacted LS tractors with no reply. My dealer, Southern Star tractor of ******** Tx. had my tractor for over 5 weeks and can't even give me actual date on when, if ever I will get my tractor back.Business Response

I am rejecting this response because: I went there to see 2 valve that were said tio fix the issue and both were still touching the main valve so close, I couldn't slip a piece of papaer through it. I need a reliable tractor!. You have no solution other than RECALL all the tractors with the similar valve. I have been without a tractor for 6 weeks (Feb. 3), before your company responded to the issue. While at the dealership in frustration on 3/13/2025. I traded in my tractor costing me $22,542.66 in July and traded in for a loss. My trade in was $16,000 + $2000 towards the tractor of another brand, without a backhoe. I think I at least deserved, a replacement with a updated valve or payment / partial refund towards another tractor. I will log back in a attach my receipts to both transactions

I ordered a Carlyle Versa Turf front tire and rim for my LS MT 125 tractor on May 9, 2024, I believe, of last year at the local dealership for LS tractors, Gillums on Rt. 60 in *******, *** for $270+. They have checked and checked from Gillums, but to this day, we know no more about the situation or delivery date after going on 10 months. They (LS) build tractors every day and put tires and rims on them, so what is the problem getting me a tire and rim, already paid for, shipped to the dealership? This is bordering on criminal by keeping my money and not deliveeing my paid for ************** tractor has sit idle since the problem with the bent rim and busted tire on my tractor.I ended up having to pay for grass cutting 5 acres, last summer at $100 or more a cutting and I finally ended up having to buy another mower, a Cub Cadet, large, powerful zero turn mower to cut my own grass. Hope you could look into it and get this resolved and the use of my $20,000+ tractor back.Business Response

I have been waiting 4 months for a loader valve from LS Tractor. Local dealers show it in stock and ready to ship from **, but it never comes. I've gone to different dealers, who all have issues in getting a response from LS. I have sent 2 separate emails tk LS as well, no response. They make this loader valve because they're producing new tractors daily, but somehow we can't get the parts for customers who already bought the **********************. The ********************** has less than 100 hours on it and needs a new loader valve, can't use it at all for 4 ********* addition, the backhoe has never worked and loses pressure, but no help from the company.The service and response from LS is non existent unless it's benefiting them with a new sale.Business Response

Unfortunately, the backhoe only carries a 1 year warranty,the retail date of this unit was 11-26-21. This would put the backhoe out of warranty by 2 years now.
The tractor also has a retail date of 11-26-21. This puts the tractor a year outside of the 2 year pump bumper to bumper warranty.
From a service standpoint, there isnt anything we can offer given the tractor and the backhoe are both out of their warranty periods.Initial Complaint

I bought a ls MT225E back in 2022 from Diamond R Equipment in ********, **. Had a no start issue around 60 hours he replaced the fuel filter and didn't fix the issue and they found the fuel sender quit working so they replaced it and then around 120 hours the fuel sender went out again so I ordered one and put it on myself vs the 100 mile round trip. No biggie. But now a few weeks after the 2 year bumper to bumper warranty was over, I was **** hogging and hydraulic fluid started spraying out of the steering wheel all over my face and body. The hydrostatic power steering pump seal went out and they want $900 plus labor to replace the pump even though power terrain warranty is still active they will not fix it under warranty because it doesn't power the tractor. I am paying close to $19,000 for a big paper weight that will move forward and backwards but won't turn the wheels. A $1,000+ repair is a lot for a 2 year old tractor that most likely had a defective steering pump from brand new, Just like the fuel sender unit. ******************* will not offer any assistance with the pump or the big paperweightBusiness Response

This unit was actually purchased in 2021, and the bumper to bumper warranty on this unit expired on 3/09/2023, more than 17 mos. ago.
I did check with the regional service managers and he checked with your dealer and they were not aware of any recent issues. Please reach out to your dealer

I am rejecting this response because: It still has 7 year power terrain warranty and when I bought the tractor they said it covers everything that oil runs through. I will be having a lawyer look into this situation also. I have never heard of a steering pump going out on any other tractor, which means it was a defective steering pump same as the fuel pump. sounds like a multi million dollar company taking advantage of the poor/middle class.

I purchased a tractor in early 2024 from my local dealer, whom I hold I high regards.This tractor has been nothing but problems from the start.Faulty wiring Belt noise Continuous leaks which have been addressed more than once Melting lights Multiple 3 point hitch failures which one of those caused damage to the tractor Bent loader frame despite minimal light usage Grease points ripping off in my grease gun after being used only once All of this wouldnt be as big of an issue as this tractor is still WELL within warranty BUT every time it has had issues it spends MONTHS at the dealer! Not due to the dealer but for the fact it takes that long to get parts! Currently I have been waiting on parts for 2 months with no estimated date of arrival from LS ****** and my animals depend on this tractor and right now its nothing more than a ***** pound paper weight. Im currently in the process of buying another tractor as my animals nor I can wait around any longer with no resolution in sight.I would like full compensation for said tractor as it has been nothing more than a reoccurring problem from the start and solutions are getting more and more rare from LS directly in terms of not only dealer support but customer support which can also be proven as my dealer has even voiced his concern about LS ***.Business Response

I am rejecting this response because: the port strike was not active at the time of ordering the parts almost 60 days ago, on top of every time I've had to order parts since ownership there was always been a delay for some reason or another resulting in more than 30 days of down time, backed with how many issues i have had within ownership that are warranty work issues. I cannot afford 30 plus days of down time for every 10 hours of operating time which seems to be a reoccurring trend with this unit between leaks which have been resolved multiple times and still occur, or components flat out failing. When the engine wiring harness failed very early into ownership it took multiple attempts to even send the correct harness to the dealer to replace resulting in almost 3 months of down time. The 3 point hitch has broken 3 times now and is being used well within manufacturer specs. also the most recent 3 point hitch failure resulted in damage to the exterior of the tractor when my mower dug into the ground when the arm dropped and allowed the mower to swing over and hit a tree resulting in a large dead limb to fall on the tractor causing damage to the roof and hood. Steering hydraulics have started to leak 3 times now, loader frame has bent despite minimal and light usage, PTO shaft is leaking for the second time now, first time was repaired under warranty which resulted again in almost 30 days down time and lasted maybe 8 hours before leaking again. exterior light housings on the cab have begin to melt if they haven't just fallen off already.This unit has proved time and time again to be a lemon in under 300 hours of operating time. I use it for nothing more than to clean out horse stalls, turn a compost pile over, pull a chain drag in my arena, and mow weeds down in my horse pastures.
I kindly ask either this unit be replaced with a quality unit, fully repaired by manufacturer, or be purchased back by the manufacturer. I am not paying $600 a month to be able to use it once or twice every 30-60 days and then it be a paper weight or not even accessible to me as its at the dealer being worked on yet again.
My animals rely on a functioning tractor to provide them safe pastures to reside in and be provided hay for the months where natural forage is not accessible!
Failure to do so will be met with legal actions to mitigate these issues.

I bought a new LS MT125 Tractor that is less than 1 year old and the 3-point hitch lifting arm are made out of such cheap metal that both lifting arms are bending where they attach to the tightening turnbuckles. The tractor is only used with the 4 foot box blade and 4 foot **** hog that I purchased from the same seller. I contacted LS corporate and they told me to contact the dealer which I did. ****** said that there is nothing that they can due. The tractor is still under warranty yet LS tractor refuses to address the issue. The tractor has less than 150 hours on it.Business Response

Actually I did respond that that was a silly answer because as a 65 year old man who has dealt with Country Life and farm life ************************************************************************************ their response they were simply admitting that the product was faulty and trying to suggest how to deal with a faulty product. As to the second part of their response I was never offered a replacement set as they so stated. Sure I would try a replacement set which might be made of a better Steel but if the product does the same thing then LS needs to admit that they have a faulty product and not give me stupid silly responses telling me to lift the implements when cornering. Every farmer in this country knows that is totally a bogus response. Ship my product and I will try it out and then determine if I simply have a bad set or if all of LS mt 125 tractors have a faulty product. They need to ship the product before I can determine that. This was not offered originally.

In October 2023 my Xr4140 with 500 hours shut down abruptly while mowing my field. It would not restart. I took the tractor to the dealer I bought it from (******************************) and it took over 5 weeks to diagnose and repair. Ultimately, the mechanics found that the *** wiring harness was rubbing against the frame of the tractor causing exposed wire and complete failure of the tractor. From researching online, i have found this is a common problem and I am seeking refund for the cost of the repair which was $1731. The cost of the wire harness was $1,251.41. Because of this well known problem on that tractor, i lost income during those 5 weeks since I use the tractor to mow other fields. I have been a loyal customer to LS and have spent over $35000 on the tractor as well as referred friends and family to purchase an LS Tractor. Purchased tractor from local dealer in ***********, **. Have continually had front axle failures( over 8 in 400 hours) and 3 oil leaks from the rear engine area, as well as a few other issues.Been dealing with this since late 2019.LS continues to patch the issues and offers That I can trade with any dealer and they assist after the deal is done to compensate the dealer. First off there is no dealer that I have contacted that will even offer a trade amount for the tractor. I was told by them to sell it and make it someone elses problem, they didnt want to deal with it. I tried trading it to the dealer that I purchased it from in 2020. After a week of not hearing from them on a trade value I was told that LS informed the dealer to offer $17,000 on a $30,000 tractor with less than 100 hours and no damage. LS sitting in the back row and making me battle it out with the dealer which is over an hour away and not the selling dealer( they closed) is not a good deal for the dealer or me. I have multiple communications from LS employees to prove the issues and time frame that I have been dealing with these issues. I am asking that LS arrange a repurchase or replacement of this faulty/ flawed unit as I do not care to trade in or spend another dime with LS. I have lost thousands in lost production, transportation and rented equipment, plus repair parts from repairs done incorrectly. I have a list of those items also ranging from hydraulic hoses, fluids, etc. It has been several years of LS pushing this issue down the road and not making it right when it could have saved all parties time and money. The repair records that LS has on file are incomplete since the original dealer did not follow procedure on filing those but they do show the axle issue starting in ******************************************************************** 2023. Dear Sir/Ma'am,on or about March 2023 I transported my Tractor to ********* Tractor in ******* a license a dealer for LS ********************** to have them performed services on my tractor and after two months of checking and performing diagnostic test I was told that the Turbo had gone bad and needed replacement and that my tractor was purchased from ********* over 5 years ago and was no longer under warranty. I had ********* tractor replace the Turbo at a cost of $2,289. After picking the tractor up it worked well for about 3 hours of use, then it started smoking and lost power. I took the tractor back to ********* Tractor and was told by the owner ********************************* that the turbo that LS sent him had bad bearings causing damage to the engine. ********* has had my tractor now for over a month and was told by LS HQs that they will not accept responsibility for the damage cause. I have tried to get a resolution to this matter with no results. I am a disabled veteran living on disability and cannot afford to pay for the damage caused by a defective Turbo. ****************** is willing to attest that the part LS sent him as a replacement was a defective part and it cause damage to my tractor's engine.
