    I ordered my trophies for an athletic banquet I am having on 5/10/23 on 4/21/23. This company states **** business days to ship. I should have received my order on 5/4. I have contacted them through both email and phone with no reply back. This is the most unprofessional encounter I have ever had with any company. I have to cancel my student's sports banquet due to them not doing what I PAID for them to do!

    They replied back saying I received my order and I did today but let me explain WHY. I went to my secretary at my school explaining the issue I was having with them. She then started to call them as well. She ended up getting a hold of the owners' CELL PHONE number and blew it up. He finally returned her call and let her know that they would be shipping out today sometime. I received the tracking number by email for NEXT DAY AIR 9:11pm. I STILL had to CANCEL my all sports awards day because it was delivered at 10:26 am today. My awards program was during school and was supposed to begin today at 10am. How could I set up and be ready for an awards program with no awards. I called them everyday and left messages since Friday with no response. I emailed the owners wife, ******, and received NO reply there either. The fact that they can get here and put this bogus comment that I received my awards but not CALL ME BACK or REPLY to an email says a lot about this company!

    I placed an order 3 weeks ago. I have tried contacting the protected email address referenced in the email. It refers me to a page that does not exist. I tried calling both numbers all I get is destination voice mailbox is full. Unable to track my order that I need in a week.

    Their projected shipping dates are very misleading. Still waiting on order. I don't think it will arrive in time for the event. Also tried calling, and phones say won't be able to take any calls until September! 24/7 customer support is false.

    Horrible customer service. I placed an order for team trophies on 2-16-2023 and we still have not received any tracking information. We have tried calling numerous times but you can never get a hold of anyone. We have left messages with no return. I would definitely think twice before placing an order with this company. If stock is an issue, they need to be upfront prior to customer's placing an order.

    Order was placed 12/31/22. Expected to receive it last week. Called on Monday because I was worried it had not arrived when it was expected, and was told via voice mail that it would be received by the end of the week. It is now after 7 PM on Saturday. It is the end of the week and it has not even shipped. I know this because they are supposed to send an email when it ships, and I have not yet received that either. It's not coming, and will not arrive for my event, which is over a month after I placed my order. So, clearly I was lied to on Monday, when I was told I would have it by the end of the week. If they cannot fulfill orders, they should not accept them. This business is incompetent.

    We emailed customer already today 2-5-23 the following statement "it seems there was a delay in the shipping . I can ship tomorrow 2-6-23 and give you a credit of $20.00." We are waiting for his reply

    I ordered a bunch of team photo plaques to give as thank you gifts to our league sponsors. Two of them were damaged in the corner as if they were dropped. It says on the package you have 48 hours to call and report damage or mistakes, so I called right away. The lady on the phone took down the info and said they would be able to replace the two damaged ones, and that I would probably receive an email about the issue, possibly they would ask for pictures of the damage. Weeks later, after hearing nothing, I finally decide to contact them again to find out what is going on. There is only one way to reach their customer service which is by phone- no email address provided. I call the number and it says they are moving warehouses so the number is unavailable for customer service until mid September- a month from now. I find that completely unacceptable. You can't have customer service answering phones just because you are moving? Sounds like a lame excuse. I find it completely unacceptable that you can just shut down your customer service for that long with no way for customers to reach you. I hope they do the right thing and resolve this issue, at this point I should have my money back AND have them replaced for the two broken ones since I was supposed to have them in July and probably won't even be able to get any answers til at least mid September. I'm not usually one to leave bad reviews as I find you can usually work it out with the company, but being that they have cut off contact I guess this is the only way to make our issues known. We are a small non profit rural little league organization, hope this company is proud for ripping off volunteers like us who are trying to do something nice for the community.

    I have been a loyal customer since 2014 I placed a order( *********** paid for it on June the 5th.I have called several times and every time I get ***** saying she would call me back with what's the hold up.After trying several more times in the course of two months I finally ask to speak with a manager because my event was on 8/6/22 and its 7/26/22 and I was told she did not know who the manager is, but I would have my order by 8/1/22 On 8/9/22 I get a call after being on hold for 45 min from non other than ***** saying the items are out of stock, my response was it would have been nice if some one could have called me before my even and not afterwards or given me other options instead of telling me that I would recieve it by the 8/1/22I ask What's my options now?I get hung up on.I call back after holding 30 min saying that our call dropped and that she(*****) was going to call me back but she could not right away because it was others on hold AFTER me that she had to take care of.At this point I just asked for a refund for the items i did not recieve.Thanks for ruining my special day!You have surely loss my business and referrals.

    I ordered my one trophy on 7/10/2022, its now 7/29/2022 and whenever i check on the order tracking website its been in the engraving stage for over two weeks. Its one trophy and maybe doesnt have that much to engrave this is kind of ridiculous on how long of a wait period it is. Order #******* I need this trophy asap, i already gave a date i needed it by when i ordered and were well past that date

    I still have yet to receive my order. I can see there was a shipping label created but it has yet to have been shipped out. I need this ASAP, its been a month!

    I tried calling your company multiple times. Most recently in late June and again this week. The two times I got a hold of someone they said not to worry and I would be emailed a Tracking #, both times I never got the email. I check my Spam folder as well and nothing. I got the initial order confirmation email when I got charged for my order just fine so my email on file was correct.Thank you for the response on here and for providing the Tracking #
