    On 12/06/23 I asked ***********************, the owner of True Value Home solution or MPS Home Solutions to install vapor barrier in crawling space and insulation under the floor. I've got an estimate of $2200 for ****sf area and I agree to this price. Next day *********************** sent me pictures of installed vapor barrier only. I asked why he and his company didn't install insulation. I've got an answer that he priced only vapor barrier. Meaning he didn't complete job I hired him to do. After arguing over the phone, *********************** will put lean on my property for not paying him. I had no chance, but paid him $2000. I asked for invoice and warranty for the the job, as he promised 6 months warranty. But until now he didn't email me anything.

    we did nothing wrong. it was a vapor barrier only we didn't take no money upfront .we were paid upon looking at the job.theres many forms of crawlspace vapor barrier work
