      This company attempted to add additional costs for a kitchen flooring installation. They indicated without measuring the moisture content in the concrete subfloor that it was too high and they would have to repair it for additional unknown costs before they could install the flooring.

      Thanks Legacy Flooring LW LLC and ****'s for installing our new flooring….We had no issues from start to finish. We highly recommend both of them for your flooring needs. WE definitely will be back. We have several more houses that we’re going to BE redo-ing the flooring in. Your installer were awesome done a great job cleaned up after their self, Put the furniture back exactly where it was at and we had no issues them.

      We had a amazing experience with Legacy Flooring LW LLC and Lowes. We purchased flooring from Lowes and had it installed by Legacy they communicated with us from start to finish, their installers were awesome explain the job and details and how long it would take and communicated throughout the jobThanks to both of you.

      Had flooring installed in our new home by ****’s and Legacy Flooring LW LLC, we had a great experience from start to finish. Our carpet along with our vinyl looks great…I would highly recommend them for your flooring needs. Their installers were excellent along with there customer service team. Thank you

      Loving our new floors..!! We had **** ***** install our flooring last year and it was a disaster so we went with Lowe’s this year what a smooth smooth transaction it was. Was night and day difference thank you Legacy Flooring LW LLC. We definitely will be using you again thank you Lowe’s for the Customer Service and Legacy for the awesome awesome flooring installation. It was a smooth transaction from start to finish your installers were awesome and they went over and beyond they definitely need five stars and you also for the follow up and the extra phone calls. All the support made us really appreciate doing business with both of you thank you again Legacy Flooring LW LLC and Lowe’s.

      We had new floors put in before Thanksgiving and they done an amazing job. Their installers communicated and their customer service team was awesome. Thank you for our amazing new floors and our new look, plus our new kitchen backsplash looks amazing. We done carpet and a kitchen backspalsh. They moved all our furniture for us and put it back in the same spot they took it from what a amazing job. The new carpet looks amazing and we can’t even see the seams. Both of your crews communicated from start to finish with us, and went over all details and explained what was happening and answered all of our questions.
