    As a Licensed electrician you should ask what electrical service the customer has (**** Energy) and be educated on the differences/requirements between **** and *********** Electric (they didn't even ask and we didn't know there was a difference). We are not electricians..hence the reason we hired them. So the outside panel box WE bought (saving money) was not *** approved via **** Energy but *********** it doesn't matter but again we didn't know this as we are NOT electricians. So needless to say **** technician could not approved the job until corrected! Not to mention there were a couple of other issues as well but not as major as the wrong panel box which this business saw and approved/installed. If we had of known and the electrician was up to par on said requirements we could have exchanged panel box prior to installation but now it's a USED useless panel box to us! This company appeared to be on their A game until inspection failed and then their TRUE colors came out! Do NOT use this business! It's a 3 ring circus act at best! There is so much more I could share but I'm sure you get the jest of our experience! Hand shakes and your word mean NOTHING to them! ****** learned! We reap what we sow! Not trustworthy!!
