      They were working near our house. They left big metal reels, empty beer cans and bottles and trash in our yard. It’s been there for several weeks. We’ve called multiple people multiple times and can not get anyone to call us back. There were several issues while they were working including blocking our mail box and interrupting our mail service, blocking our driveway so that we couldn’t get in, they broke the fire hydrant in our front yard and never reported it to the water company. We want the crap out of our yard. It’s complete nonsense that they won’t return any phone calls.

      We are grateful for the opportunity to remedy this unfortunate situation.  National OnDemand is committed to providing excellent service for our clients and their customers, and seek to swiftly and satisfactorily restore damage that may sometimes occur to private property as part of our efforts to build broadband infrastructure. We apologize if this was not the customer's experience in this case.

      Our local construction manager has reached out and communicated personally with the landowner after being made aware of the issue.  Damages to the driveway and right-of-way have been restored to the satisfaction of the landowner, and we recommended that additional restoration be requested from ***************** who also performed work on the premises. 

      We believe we have done our part to restore the affected areas to a state as good or better than when we began construction, and we look forward to completing the project in the near future.
