I called this business to try to get my carpet cleaned. I asked the person who answered for an invoice and he told me he doesnt do those. Then I asked how could I pay him and he said ***** or Venmo. I told him I only have *****. He rescheduled the initial date for a day earlier. He Also showed up an hour earlier than scheduled. I only knew that because of my alarm company texting me. He text me super early and I was sleep because I work night shift. However, when I did wake up and see that he had text me I responded three times. One of those messages asked for before and after photos. The other one was inquiring why he was there so early. He left me on read. I have a screenshot. I have not heard from him since 31 December 2024. I get a message today from my realtor saying that the carpet man reached out advising that I refusing to pay. I explained to my realtor what was going on? I even showed her a screenshot of my security company saying that the man was only there for 58 minutes. Which is super odd because he walked through my living room for about three minutes. Im sure it takes longer than 15 minutes to do what I asked him to do which was the entire house. I text him after my realtor told me to reach out and he did not respond to me. I text him six times with no response three of those times were just putting Exclamation point On the messages I sent. He still left me on red yet hes telling my realtor that Im ignoring his phone calls and text messages and that he has receipts to prove it. I text him again and ask him to show me those screenshots and he still ignored my messages and left me on read. I have no proof that services were rendered because he did not send me before and after photos. He is not only harassing my Realtor, but refusing to communicate with me. I dont know what kind of game hes playing, but as a fellow veteran, who also has civilian police experience (3 years), he will not scam me.
