I have signed an agreement to get a single 1 hour massage each month for the price of $65.00. Massage Envy has repeatedly charged me each month for the service but they do not have the available staff to accommodate an appointment each month. They have cancelled several appointments with no near future availability. I have tried to cancel the contract and sent emails without any response. I managed to get an appointment on 9/24/2021 and the next available appointment was 12/22/2021. On 12/6/2021 they informed me that the therapist was no longer employed with them and they would need to reschedule. I've been on the waitlist since 9/24/2021 and still have not been able to get an appointment. I often check the website for an appointment and repeatedly find "Uh oh, no openings found!"
