    Very unethical advertising basically false advertising and promo codes just to get your email they do not even honor the promotion on their own webpage.
    Stay away from these people as there are any other online cigar vendors that are reputable and ethical.

    Don't get fooled by there representation of a full fledged website.
    I place my order yesterday before 1pm ET cut of time with Overnight Air shipping for an event of today.
    It did not ship out
    If you read this while you are researching reliability on them, move on and order someplace else, I should have done the research that you are doing now..

    I gave them (JR) the address to where I want my cigars shipped. They did all the the verification and I paid for the product and an extra $28.99 for UPS Overnight Air shipping. I received the order confirmation which includes billing and shipping information.
    Yesterday I found out that the package containing the cigars (Value over $1,000.00) was shipped to different unknown address. UPS notification mentions that (your package has been delivered) - (Left At: FRONT DOOR) !
    When contacting JR you get kids answering the phone and they don't know what happened, or how to handle the situation.
    I wonder if this is a pre organized inside job done by someone at JR or it is done by UPS, and why would anyone change the shipping address! and what happened to the package. Why would the UPS driver leave an over $1,000.00 worth of contents package unattended.
    JR said that they opened an investigation.
    For me I'm staying couple days here in Illinois, and going back to Canada (of course without my cigars).

    Almost two month and a half ago, I initiated a refund request with my credit card company and with Jr Cigars as well in the amount of USD $1,046.79 for a package which I never received (was sent to a wrong address) and I haven't heard back from JR Cigars yet regarding the refund. Just want my money back. Is this how you people at JR Cigars conduct business!

    I placed an order for cabanas, great price delivered when promised and I also put a bid in for some jr brand cigars got 50 for $55, again delivered when promised. I have read some of the promotional % of coupons and it does say when you use their discount coupon they reserve the right to send you a cigar of the same quality if they don't have what you ordered in stock.

    I order blunts from jrcigar 2 times a month and now they are asking me about my age..lol..i had to take a pic and send it to them and now i have to wait on them ..toooo much...cigar.com is my new home..i just ordered 2 boxes of swishers with no problem...let me stop these emails from jr cigars..smh
