    We purchased a new mobile home from the titan dealer. The home was manufactured by Champion Homes. When the home was delivered, the seam where the house married together had a leak and we of course reported it in which Titan told us that is a manufacturing warranty issue. So we reported it to Champion then. Champion told us it was Titans fault. Then we called our insurance to file a claim since there was not some ceiling damage. They sent an inspector suspiciously due to the fact that the home was brand new rather than just paint the claim. The engineer report detailed that the roof had multiple ripped and missing shingles, countless nails missing or driven too deep causing shingles to come free, along with the leaky marriage joint. The detailed report put the blame on whoever installed the shingles. We just need our ceiling repaired and the areas of broken shingles repaired. The house is less than a year old and it seems as if we have a 15yr old roof already.

    I have spoken with Mr. ****** He had been communicating with the manufacturer, and I was not aware of the concerns he was having. Since we spoke, I have hired a local contractor to handle the concerns and hope to have his home repaired from the storm damage, along with other service concerns he had. We appreciate him and his wife for allowing us the opportunity to help resolve their concerns.

    We paid cash for a home with full setup along with septic installation. The home has been on our property for over a month however there crew has only been out on two days with very little work done. When we contact *** he always says next week. We have lost all confidence that they can or will get the job done.

    I met with Mr. ****** and the contractor that is completing his and his wife's home site. They addressed some concerns each of them had. The work is now back on schedule to complete, and we hope to have them in their new home very soon. We will work to keep the communication open through the rest of the processes in order to eliminate any further delays.

    My husband and myself purchased a home from Titan Factory Direct Homes in September 2023 and the home was set on our property on November 20, 2023 with the impression that we would be able to be moved into the home between end of December 2023 to first part of ******* 2024. As our house payment was starting being due ******* 1, 2024. We did not receive our keys to our home until the first of March of 2024 and we weren't allowed to move anything in the home until then. We had already had to pay ******** February, March's mortgage payment before we even had possession of the home. As this is now half way through May and our home still is not fixed. We have reported the issues to Titan to our sales person and also a manager there and also to the factory directly and nothing has been done to fix the problems. There was several problems with the home and some have been fixed but not everything and now we can not get a response from Titan Factory as to when the damage and problems would be fixed. The company also wanted my husband to install the living room and the master bedroom light fixtures. As they did not install them and we were also told there would be a ceiling fan in the living room. Which then didn't happen. The lights that were installed only have 1 light in each fixture instead of 2 and we have to have an electrician come out and rewire to have 2 light bulbs which should have been completed by Titan at delivery or at the manufacture. There still is a bad squeak in the master bathroom floor, a hole in the kitchen wall, as well as the back bedroom wall was not put together correctly. Since we paid almost $200,000.00 for the home, a well, septic, grading for the home not to be finished. I want Titan to fix the problems to our satisfactory. I feel that we should also be reimbursed for ******* and February mortgage payments as we were paying for something that we didn't have access to move in/live in. We have tried to settle with Titan via phone, text, email.

We went over his concerns and we discussed a time that will work for his schedule so we can get his concerns corrected.  We appreciate him and his family and look forward to getting everything resolved quickly.

    I am rejecting this response because:

    There was an original complaint filed on this business in May 2024. We purchased the home for an amount of almost $183,000.00. We had to make January 2024 and February 2024 mortgage payment without having possession of the home or keys. We didn't receive any keys until March 2024. The home is still not complete as work still needs to be completed. Such as a hole in the main kitchen wall, the underside of the kitchen cabinets aren't complete, the master bathroom and closet floor squeaks, the back bedroom's wall isn't pieces together correctly, the foundation is cracked in several places, there is a hole in our countertop from where the crew put a s**** that was too long in the counter. After the original complaint was filed the manager called my husband and stated she was unaware of the work still needing to be done as we hadn't brought this to her attention, but we were dealing with her colleague who stated the manager knew about the problems and they were working on getting the issues resolved as soon as possible. We went out of town to come back and find no work was done nor any work scheduled to be done. We have since emailed the Factory directly and the Manager directly with no response from either. We are just asking that the 2 months of mortgage payments that we had to pay for something we didn't have possession of should be reimbursed to us. And the work that is due us be completed as soon as possible and be done correctly.

But I feel that we are owned not only the work done but the reimbursement of January and February mortgage payments. Once the work is completed as well and the money owed to us is paid back.     I am rejecting this response because: yes the material is in and scheduled for work completion. So that does solve the first issue at hand of the work not being completed and now it is getting completed as requested. But in our complaint we had ask not only for the work be completed. But compensation for January and ********'s mortgage payment. As we didn't have any keys or possession of our home that we were having to pay for. Which as a home owner was not fair to us. We should have never had to pay a mortgage until we had keys and or possession of the home. So yes the first part of the complaint is getting solved with the material and the contractor coming to do the work.  But the second part of the complaint has been ignored by Titan's management everytime we mentioned it to her that we should get compensation for those 2 months.

    Purchased a lot model in cash almost one year ago today. We had problems the whole way through with this company. We were rushed as soon as we went in and signed paperwork We were being contacted every week if not twice a week being asked if grading was done. Then as soon as grading started they scheduled for footers to be dug (mind you grading was just getting started). As soon as footers were scheduled *** said we needed to pay them so we did. We handled everything on our end but as soon as they got our money everything changed. They didnt want to bring the house and it took 8 months and me contacting corporate just to get our house moved and the whole problem was their mover had a personal problem with our grader (over a previous job they had worked on not related to ours) trash talking him to us when he wasnt around. This was very unprofessional and had nothing to do with us but because of it we had to have it regraded 4 times and when the mover was asked to stay and make sure its what he wanted (because we werent paying to have it regraded again) he said they wouldnt stay unless he was on a machine. After 8 months they finally got our house up here with very poor communication *** had no idea what was going on and he still doesnt!! Additionally, there were over charges on just about everything after we had already paid a ton for setup and delivery. Then trim out started their contractors tore our road up over and over again of course no one has offered to fix it. They left trash, cigarette butts, bottles, and other stuff all over the property that I (at 8 months pregnant) had to go out and clean up myself. There was even hair in the sink like someone had shaved in the bathroom, it was everywhere!! Just want the house finished

    November 10, 2023 I told my contact at Titan ******************* (in person) about my kitchen sink leaking in my brand new home I had only been I for 1 month. He told me h had to call the factory to get the part so it could be fixed. I gave him til after the new year and asked him what was happening with it. He told me he forgot and asked if I was still leaking. I told him it was. I gave him another week and asked again. He informed me the part was never ordered. At this time, 2 months had passed since I told him in November. Every time I texted to ask him. He would either ignore me or give me some excuse for this not being resolved. This texting with nothing resolved is still going on. Finally yesterday I called the office asking for a manager. I was told by the gentleman who answered the phone, ****, the manager was in a meeting and I would get answers today. I received no phone call. I spoke with him at 10:17 am on 2/13/24. Today, 2/14/24, I called at the same time, but no one answered, but was able to leave a message, which I did. I, again, received no phone call back all day. The resolution I am looking for is to have my kitchen faucet fixed that is leaking for more than 3 months now. I do not understand why they cannot get this done, why they cannot return phone calls, etc. This is only the most recent communication issue I have had with the them. I not only need this resolved, but want others to know how horrible the communication is with this office, and for potential buyers to be aware.

They have been able to agree on the expectations and they are moving in the direction to complete the job to the satisfaction for Mr. and *************.
