            Terrible service! We paid for 6 days. We did not get the golf cart until 8:30pm the first day (a whole day wasted!!) and then their contract says that the time dropped off is the time for pickup(ex 10 dropped off=10 picked up) . Well that is definitely not the case, they are picking up between 9:45-11:45am! So basically 2 days paid for that we could not use! I had left several messages and emails and no one returned them about delivery because it was so late and when I got the eta for pickup (which I never got for the drop off) they were very dismissive and would not even entertain the fact that they had done something wrong or that a refund for those days should be given!! Do not rent from them!!

            First the company was 45 minutes late in delivering our golf cart. The delivery guy took pics of the cart and then drove off. We packed up our stuff and loaded the golf cart to go to the beach and as we starting driving we noticed we had 2 flat tires. I called the company and they said someone would be out in 2 hours to repair the cart. Someone showed up but by that time we had to drive our car to the beach. The next morning we got up and the tires were flat again. I called and someone came later that day and gave us a new golf cart. Out of a $300 rental I was only refunded $30. I was not able to use the cart for a whole day and a half. They did not work with me on refunding more of my money. I will NEVER deal with this company again and I will encourage others to do the same.
