            The appraiser they used was extremely incompetent and unprofessional. Her name was ************************************* and she was so full of herself that even when the agents, lender, and broker involved all said she was around 60k less then the actual value!! She completely ruined the deal and cost us our dream home. There were many supporting comps for that property. We had to extend the contract twice because it took her over 3 weeks to complete the appraisal! We lost the house and all of our down money. She was very condescending to my agent because she didn't like that we asked her to please fix her mistake.

            Worst company ***** appraiser is a liar in ******** he says he would do things for you then he doesnt do it He will write stuff on appraisal so they can come back and charge 180$ he did it twice and i ask how is it possible that this is all about money and he told me that the third time he would not charge me but he was lying they did charge another 180$This company is a rip off and they would try to make stuff up so they can come back and charge you.Have your lender change you to another company Don't use them
