      05/06/2024, my family and i ordered from here as we have for the past 8 years, Went to pick up the food. The total came to approx. $68.00. Drove home to serve the family the food. As usual before serving the food we all taste the dishes , we let me tell you. The one plate the chicken was way over cooked and was hard and dried out in the middle. The second plate had a metallic taste to it The 3rd plate also had a strange taste to it **Can not explain it** The forth plate was tasteless. The fifth plate was also dried out. So we packed up food that was ***be 10 percent missing, Drove back to restaurant and asked for a manager. Explained that the food was tasteless and not appeasing . They then explained **WE DO NOT DO REFUNDS** I said but we did not eat food and brought it all back for you to see that it is not appealing. Again they said ** We do not do any refunds** so my wife and i walked out and told them we would be calling our credit card. /We even updated our 5 stare ****** review, to show what transpired on 04/07/22024. Business did respond to new post starting the following. ******* Response from the owner10 hours ago Thank you for your critical feedback following the previous critical feedback. It is true that the restaurant does not provide food refund. But partial refund *** be provided for certain items that *** not meet up to customer standards. That being said, we believe that the possibility that every of the items in order to be inedible is highly unlikely. This is because Orient Garden aims to provide the best quality food and service for all of our customers, no matter if its 20 years ago or 20 years later. We sincerely apologize for your experience today. Orient Garden will continue to be around if you are willing to give us another try. Thank you! ****
