    I am writing this review mainly to counter the 1-star review that I saw in BBB when I was evaluating several tree companies for a major tree removal project. I could not be more positive in my review of Monster Tree Service. They are a professional organization from the owner, ***** to the crew chief, ******, the ***** operator, ****, and the entire ground team.Their bid was competitive and they worked nearly continuously for 2 1/2 days from prep work to the final cleanup of our property. I would highly recommend that you consider using Monster. In the future, I won't even price shop but will simply do directly to Monster for any tree service work that I need. You can't go wrong with this team of professionals.

    Excellent service, crew were very good If I have 10 stars I will give them Highly recommended . Price are reasonable If I have use them again no doubt will hire them. Good thing about this companys owner ***** personally watch and supervise your project and than send invoice #1 in ****. *******, Durham, ************************* and sarounding area Thanks Monster Service

    Very satisfied with the prompt service received by ***** and his crew. From start to clean-up , they were professional, respectful and able to get the job done in a timely manner. I had a couple of estimates and am very happy I chose Monster Tree Service!

    Contracted by my HOA to prune trees behind my home. A branch came down on my privacy fence pulling it backwards. I watched the entire event happen, but the crew denied ever touching the fence. The owner, *****, was not willing to even speak with metelling his crew leader to take him off speaker to I couldnt hear his conversation. Its an old fence. I wasnt asking for major repairs or to replace anything. I just wanted them to stabilize the section they damaged so it wouldnt fall. Definitely not an honorable company.
