The business is conducting false advertising. I have purchased gummies for weeks at the price of $1; today they registered for $3.99 at checkout. When brought to her attention, the employee takes the gummies from me and the rest from the shelf and refuses the sale, telling me it is incorrect. I was not sold the gummies.

Signs that say 2 for 6 on all breakfast or lunch food as soon as you enter, lady at register says the deal won't go through and the refuses to fix it and gets angry at me because I want the correct price, says to talk to manager but I tried multiple times but each time the manager was away,I emailed and called circle K directly but never get though/gotten a response,I called 911 three times to file a report, each time I never get a call back,I could sue for this, the signs just need to be taken down if they won't take the deal at the register, but after a few months it's still up.

On Nov 29, 2024 at 4:09PM I purchased an $8 car wash with my fuel at this Circle K location using Pump #7. After being charged on my debit card the $8 for the car wash and $31.64 in fuel, I took my receipt and proceeded to the car wash which was in the back corner of the businesss parking lot. While there, I was met with a message on the kiosk screen which stated, This wash is currently out of service. Please try again later. I figured Id just request a refund and proceed to a different car wash. I immediately went inside and asked the clerk for a refund since I could not use the car wash I paid for. I also suggested that they put signs up to notify customers at the pump that the car wash is out of service so they dont needlessly purchase a wash they cant use. She stated that they do not offer refunds and will only allow you to return up to a period of two weeks to use the car wash when its back up and running again. This is simply no way to run a business. Frankly, this is actually more of a legal issue as Circle K cannot legally keep my money under these circumstances. They could not deliver on the service I purchased so a refund must be an option, period. Whether I decide to accept a credit or not should be my own choosing.

I requested that my Circle K Easy Pay account be deleted & Zipline has deleted it to a certain extent (I think) to which I'm not certain because I keep getting the run around from customer service representatives who don't know the answer. When I go to **************************************** & click on SAVE NOW! under Easy Pay, I'm taken to ****************************************easy-pay. Then I click on ENROLL NOW under Save 30 with Easy Pay. Next I'm taken to ************************************************* select the link that says SIGN IN WITH EMAIL in which I enter my email ********************** & select LET'S GO. A popup window opens saying "Account exists It looks like there is an account which exists with this email address **********************." So now my frustration comes in because I can't log into my Zipline account but if I select Sign In from the popup window, it wants to send a code to my email to be entered on another screen for verification so that I can log into *********************************************. Being that my Zipline (****************************************************) account has been "deleted". I want my Circle K/Circle K Easy Pay account deleted. I've been getting the run around from the numbers that I've been told to call: **************************** I need for someone to tell me how to get my email deleted. If it's going to take up to 30 days before it's completed deleted then tell me that. When I call no one can answer that question or why there's an account still associated with ********************** if my account has been deleted.

Circle K is advertising 87 gasoline for $3.00 a gallon when charging $3.10 per gallon. I went inside and spoke with the employee about the discrepancy, and he said they were aware of the lie, but management would not allow them to change the sign.

On Sunday, November 6, we filled my 2018 Toyota Camry with gas at the Ocean Isle Beach Circle K location, it's noted as store #***** on my bank statement. Upon arriving home in Bolton, about 25 miles away, the RPMs began to go excessively high while the car was idling and then it began to sputter and the check engine light came on. We took it to ******** ****** in Wilmington on Monday, and it was confirmed by the Technicians at Hendrick on Tuesday morning, November 8, that it was the gas that caused the issues. They have repaired it at a cost of $557.47. I have attached all of their documentation to this email as well as the posted transaction history from my bank account, showing the $35.50 for the fill up. I sent a message on Tuesday, November 8 through the Contact us on the Circle K website, and received a call from a gentleman by the name of *****, who advised he was forwarding my message to the appropriate person, but I did not receive a response back. After calling and emailing again on Thursday, 11/10, I was able to get a call and email back from ****** ****** who advised that the claim was being sent to ***** ******. 8 days later, ***** advised that they accept no responsibility, even though I provided all documentation and proof from the dealership that it was indeed their gas. I am at this time looking to be reimbursed for the repair bill as well as the cost of the terrible gas, which was $35.50.
