On 9/8/2023, ***********************************, Owner of Global *************** agreed to install a new HVAC System at my house for $19,590. The initially scheduled install date was 9/13/2023. A few days later, demolition of our existing ductwork and existing AC system was started. A couple days later, we decided to upgrade the equipment to a BOSCH system and so I agreed to pay an additional couple thousand dollars. The new scheduled date was September 28, 2023. Then there were a series of delays at the distributor and parts house. Then there was a time where there was no response so I wrote up a letter detailing our agreement on October 16. Then on November 17, ***** texted me a picture of him in the hospital telling me he had gotten in an accident. I have repeatedly tried to text, call and email in December, January and throughout February with no response. No system has been installed

Our ac broke and this person was recommended. We call and they came out and said our compressor was bad on our ac. After we talked we decided to replace the unit. This was June 30th. He said he would be back on Saturday to install. Well Saturday came and he said the place was closed and the best he count do was Tuesday. Well Tuesday came and he said there was an accident and our unit was damaged and he was trying to get another one. After much discussion he said it would be Thursday at 9:30. I told him in no uncertain term if this didn’t happen I would want a refund. Well that time came and went, so I called him and asked for a refund. We called ******* *** **** and they said it was not the compressor but the computer board. My ac was up and running after they replaced the part. I have asked repeatedly for my refund which have been ignored. I want my refund of 1910.72.

I need to file a complaint on GLOBAL HEATING & AIR; as I PAID IN FULL for my duct work to be replaced. Mr. ************ had his son to complete that work. After the work was SUPPOSEDLY COMPLETED, my home was more UNCOMFORTABLE regarding the heating and coooling than PRIOR to the new ductwork. WELL, in 11/2021 when a ******** representative when in my crawl space the MAJORITIY OF THE DUCTWORK WAS ON THE GROUND!!! I HAD BEEN HEATING & COOLING the crawl space FOR MONTHS; and my electric & natural gas bills are proof of that as well; BOTH BILLS INCREASED BY $40-$50. Mr. ************ was called on 11/10/21 to inform him of what the ******** representative found, he came on the morning of 11/11/21 and SAW FOR HIMSELF, the HORRIBLE WORK his son had done; to the point it brought him TO TEARS!!! He finally returned a week later to PATCH UP THE SUB-STANDARD WORK his son did but the house still does not EVENLY DISTRIBUTE HEAT NOR AIR. I've contacted him via text and phone calls asking WHEN was he going to complete this ductwork. He even texted me stating he was coming to complete the work on: 07/06/22 stating he was coming that weekend to complete the ductwork..HE NEVER SHOWED UP NOR HAS HE CONTACTED ME TO RESCHEDULE TO COMPLETE THE PAID IN FULL DUCTWORK!!!

In March 2021, we had a large HVAC unit installed. It took three times and over several months to have the rain cover properly fitted. Each time I was told it was a "covid issue" or our "fabricator made an error". The owner came out and took measurements for the cover. The cover, when installed (02 April 2021) was still incorrectly sized and sloppily caulked to the wall. After unsuccessful attempts at text and calls I had another company come out and repair the rain cover and correct the installation (28 March 2022). I have a series of texts dating back to March 2021 supporting the discussion and my lack of satisfaction (not sure how to upload these). I finally got thru and spoke with the owner after the new installation (28 March 2022) who informed me that the person who had installed the rain cover was no longer working for the company and that if I would send an invoice I would be reimbursed. I have pictures to show the poor installation and subpar caulk job. These were shared with the owner as well. Currently unable get thru to voicemail box (full), texts not returned, two certified letters returned without signature (30 March 2022 and 11 May 2022). Seeking refund for repair work.
