    misleading company who takes money and does not send receipts .they do not help with student loans. I am in default although I have had this company taking money out monthly, of my account .there is nothing going towards my loan.

    The reviews are true. Run if you can. I was somehow redirected to this company through ***** since they could not help with my student loans. I trusted them, even whilst repeatedly wondering whether this was too good to be true. Well, it is. I have not heard from anyone in a month and just got off of the phone with the lady I have read about from reviews here, who somehow said I was being rude, despite my friendly tone. She was ready to get me off the phone as quickly as possible stating, We are the worker bees and You paid for a service and are not allowed to cancel. If it is a service I no longer need or want, why cant I cancel it? She mentioned a 3-5 day buyers remorse in the fine print, which was never disclosed by *******, surprise surprise. They have found a way to cover themselves so that they can keep scamming us. I cant believe I fell for this one. ***. There goes money towards the vehicle I need as a single mother just trying to get her life back together. Thanks for this ******* Doan Solutions.

    Giving 1 stars only because no option for 0 this company is a Scam very unprofessional hung the phone up in my face when I requested a refund sent a fake documentation stating refund was processed clearly a lie ******* **** was the agent I spoke with and his Supervisor whomever she may be do not call collect 200 or pass Go with this company they are Frauds

    Today I needed an issue resolved with Doan Solutions who Ive been a customer with for several years. The manager ************** was very rude, disrespectful, aggressive & argumentative. I asked to speak with his higher up, or another Supervisor he told me theres no one above him. Hes it! I would not recommend this buisness to anyone. Nobody who pays their hard earned money for a service should EVER be treated in this manner.

    I was overwhelmed with my student loan that I thought I would never get out but I got a wonderful call saying we can help you with your student loan no worries we will take care of it for you so I can get back to a normal life I feel so free from my student loan thanks to doan solutions I am so glad we have this company around going out of their way to help people with outstanding students loans people it's real deal no jokes I feel everyone should try it you will be happy you did

    I recently faced the daunting task of navigating through the complexities of student loan forgiveness, and ****** played a pivotal role in helping me successfully navigate this process. Her patience, kindness, and understanding throughout the entire journey was truly commendable, and I am happy to share that ****** played a vital role in making this process not only manageable but successful.     I felt very supported. Doan Solutions took alot of my stress off. Its very confusing with the student loan pay back. ******* was very helpful. Always courteous. Making sure I had all the information I needed. Took time to find phone numbers for my student loan facility. Everyone very friendly.

    I worked with ********************************* at Doan Solutions. She was so patient with me and if I ever had a question or needed information she responded so quickly and with such kindness. My ridiculous education loan was eventually forgiven and I have her and Doan Solutions to thank!

    ********************************* went WELL above and beyond...right from the get-go. About five years ago, she made sure I had the loans on the "right" path out of consolidation. After twenty-three years and $154K of punctually paying my loans, I FINALLY received news this week that my PSLF was approved. I didn't have a huge amount left (compared to what I paid back), but it was still one less thing to worry about. As an educator, this is a game-changer. I must admit, I was relatively skeptical of what these folks do and how they operate (lots of scams out there), but I was pleasantly surprised -- almost like using a tax service -- totally worth the peace of mind to know paperwork and processes were submitted correctly/timely. Kudos to ******* and Doan Solutions. I have a feeling I'm not the only one they've helped to navigate this cumbersome (and sometimes frustrating) maze. -B.
