I received a quote in 6/2021 for New Generational Pools to resurface and tile my pool (attached quote). The materials had a 10 yr warranty and workmanship had a 3 yr warranty. The work was completed 11/2021. The experience was negative throughout the engagement. My grass and an entire flower bed was destroyed from the workers leaving materials for extended periods of time on the areas. I had to pay for sod to repair grass and replace my plants in the damaged area. I did not ask New **************** to pay for the damage although did complain about the "mess" the workers left behind. I was also unhappy with the travertine tile. I thought it was a sloppy job and not well done. Again, I expressed my dissatisfaction but did not ask for a discount or replacement for the tile (see picture attached). When the work was complete the grout started to split only weeks later. I asked the owner, *******************************, to come repair the grout. When he came to repair it he told my husband it was our deck around the pool causing the problem. The exact same deck around the pool when he originally quoted me and provided warranty of his work. He never said a word about it potentially being a problem! One 6/17/22 a tile completely fell off my pool. I contacted ******* and he said he would send someone out to fix. I made 6 attempts to contact him from June 17, 2022 to August 17, 2022. He said he came to my home (although I did not see him) and that the tile fell off because my deck needed to be replaced. I told him I would consider that but I needed him to fix the tile. He agreed and said he would but again never came out. Multiple attempts were made via txt, phone calls, and email (which I have) through 12/20/22. On 12/20/22 I sent an email letting him know I would be contacting an attorney or BBB. He replied basically saying I was threatening him and he would never touch my pool again. I have not contacted an attorney because I really don't want to spend more money on this.
