    I have been having issues with my A/C since March of 2022. When ZRS Management took over in March of 2023 I expressed the same concerns. Here it is July of 2023, and my A/C unit is out again. I have been waiting since Wednesday July 12th for someone to come out and fix this. I have stayed in hotels due to the heat index. Ive been given window units but that is pulling a great deal of power, bugs are now coming into my home, and it is extremely loud. I pay $1,712.20 for an un-renovated 1bd/1ba and the **** system doesnt work, and my dryer doesnt work. Im extremely tired of being told one thing, and seeing something else. I have problem after problem with this apartment community, and frankly I just cant take it anymore.
