    Day one I moved in No AC, in 2023 NO AC most of that Summer and NO AC most of this Summer. Microwave didn't work because of Electric issues and no one would come in and fix it correctly for like a month and a half. This cost me like $150 because I lost food and was not able to re-heat food. My floor was pealing apart and they only finally fixed it because one of there maintenance guys ignored a leak in an apartment upstairs so I got flooded. I have tons of knats and cockroaches and I keep a clean apartment with no food out. When I lost my second job to ****** and I am trying to get help from places like **************************** I am told by the apartment Complex "We dont take third party payments" (This is not listed in the Lease) even though having no AC caused my ************* Bill to be sky high $300+ (because they had to put in a portable AC unit). I have emailed them multiple times asking to work with them about this no replies no working out. No you just owe everything all at once.

    I moved into these apartments the beginning of June. From day one I begged and pleaded to get help with the ***** issue, my ac being broken numerous times, the apartment hadnt been properly cleaned since the last tenants. I was paying an exterminator fee and not once did I get that service. They took me to court for payment and in return I appealed. I wasnt aware of the laws in ** as Im fairly a new resident. So unfortunately by surprise while at work I was evicted. I asked if I could be let in to grab a few things and I was notified if I didnt take everything right then I would have to get my things from the dumpster. Of course a couple of hours notice wouldnt allow that. So what Im trying to do here is schedule a day to get my things. My deceased mothers items are in there and I cant lose them. Ive begged these ppl to give me a time I can show up with a truck and moving company but *** been denied. Im not understanding why they wont allow me to get my things if the maintenance men will have to move them anyway. I dont have any idea how to go about this situation. I asked for corporate as I did for months and they never have the number. Please help me if possible.

    This issue has been resolved with *****. We coordinated with her to retrieve the remaining items from her apartment, and she successfully collected all of her personal belongings without any issues.

    I have been a resident here for 3 years and over the past two months, my AC has been broken. I have submitted 5 different work requests since 4/17, 3 of which are marked as complete although it hasn't functioned at all during that time. I was provided one portable AC unit but that only keeps the bedroom cool. Most days, the internal temperature of my apartment reaches 80 degrees, which is ironic because I was told by Management that if the EXTERNAL temperature reaches 80 degrees or more, it is considered an emergency to not have functioning air conditioning.I have corresponded with the manager, **** via email a few times while this issue has been occurring, but it has not helped. On 5/12, I notified him that if the issue was not fixed I would be contacting the BBB but nothing has changed. I also requested a meeting with him on 6/7 but did not receive any response. My lease is about to expire and for reasons outside of my control, I need to extend my lease by a few months, but I'm having a hard time imagining spending another dollar for an apartment that is practically uninhabitable, much less at a higher rate for the shorter lease term. It might help if I could go take a swim in the pool to cool off, but that hasn't been open since 2022. It is not right or fair to be paying for amenities and services that are not being provided.

    On 02/19/24 at 12:17 p.m., I submitted a rental application with my spouse for Waterford Square apartments, *********, **. I provided all necessary documents including proof of income and State issued ID's. The total fees were: Application Fee (Primary Resident) - $75.00 Security Deposit - $400.00 Spouse Application Fee - $20.00 Convenience Fee - $17.33 ____________________________________Total - $512.33 Our application was declined and the $400.00 Security Deposit is to be refunded. However, calls and e-mails inquring as to when the Security Deposit will be returned have been ignored. I have screenshots below.Please respond at your earliest convenience so I can get this resolved.Thank you.

    I have been a resident for going on 3 years now. Oh my, how this place has gone down hill. My dryer has been non-functional for 1 month now. I can't get anyone to answer the phones, due to them being *down*, and their Wi-Fi is *down*. I stop by the office, and all they say is your basic scripted answers, and make empty promises. Please address my maintenance issues.

    I have lived at Waterford Square Apts for about 5 years. My AC and Dryer have been down for 11 days. On Saturday 7/29 I put in a maintenance request online and the next day Sunday the 30th I went into the office. I spoke with a male who said he would get in touch with maintenance and hopefully they could come out that day. They never came out but I gave them until Wednesday before i came into the office again. The same male was there and he went into the Office and a female came out the office and said she would get an AC tech to come out that day. No one showed up and I never heard from anyone. I waited until Friday to go into the office again where I spoke with a young lady who put my info in as an emergency and said she would let the proper people know about the problem. I didn't hear from anyone and no one ever came out. I went into the office again on Sunday and spoke with the same young lady and she tried to get in touch with maintenance and she said she would contact me and let me know if or when they could come out to my apt. I never heard from anybody. I went into the office the next morning and spoke with the male who I had spoke with before and he texted someone and said they weren't responding to his texts. I gave him my number and he assured me that he or ****** would call me and let me know what's going on. I never heard from anyone. I proceeded to email the Apartment Mgr about my ongoing maintenance problems and the lack of communication and I have yet to hear from anyone. It is Tuesday 8/8 at 9;20pm and my Apt is still hot and my Dryer is still not working. I feel helpless because It seems as if my maintenance problems are falling on deaf ears and they are just saying stuff to appease me in the short term. If they are shorthanded and don't have enough help all I asked is that they contact me and let me know what's going on. I have yet to hear from someone outside of the office. I actually don't know what to do.

    Since April/ may this has been an ongoing battle with this company to fix my account - rent wise . Every month we hit with late fees( which is messing up my credit ) due to this credit that was giving to us back in April towards **** rent for that month . Now we have fees back dating with march, that we already paid for . Spoke to ***** with email proof on 7/6 and no response back nor call or never in office. I also spoke with your new assistant manager *****, who was also going to look into what happened and call me . NOTHING!! I will like this issue to be resolved a lot quicker and account to reflect the correct balance monthly . Every payment has been on time before the 5th - I have a print out of my account balance from may which was at a $0 until next months June. With paper work and screen shots to show proof as well.

    Good Morning, 

    After reviewing the account, I do not show any credit that was supposed to be provided for ***** rent. As of April 2023, there was an outstanding balance of $0.70. No additional payment were submitted by the resident until 6/5/2023, leaving all of May 2023's rent unpaid. This balance has since carried over each month causing additional late fees.

    I am rejecting this response because: this negative amount was reflected upon trying to make payment for *** on *** FIRST which reflected with complaint#********. Which reflected as an credit towards ***************** based of picture sent. **** fixed and waive court fee and late fee due to payment lost which this going on. Now thats shes gone our account is messed up and the company onces us to pay.

    Good Afternoon, 

    Upon further investigation, I found a payment dispute that was process on a payment you submitted back on 4/13/2023 in the amount of $1,642.39 (Please see attacehd). We were notificed by the bank on *** 17th, 2023 that the payment you previous submitted was disputed and the payment was reversed. 

    The reason you saw a "credit" on your account when you logged in back in *** is because the system showed you already submitted the payment early for ***. After the disupute was processed and reversed from your ledger, it removed that credit leaving *** 2023 unpaid. 

    If you have a bank statement that shows this payment submitted on 4/13/2023 in the amount of $1,642.39 was sucessful processed, please bring it to me and I will forward it to our accounting department to investigate further.

    This property and management company continues to disappoint and treat their residents as though they do not matter. I made a complaint here and was reached out to by ***** who assured me things would be taken care of, she would get to the root of certain issues and she replied to BBB promising stuff but nothings has changed. I reached out numerous times for an update and have not gotten a return call nor email. Finally got to a person today and she knew nothing and kept putting off what I was asking making it evident customer service or the happiness of tenants is of any importance. How many times can one pass the buck before we get real answers and change? Dryer broken 4wks now man came didnt fix but cant be contacted to explain, pool still not open but falsely marketing, water marks indicating leak cant get anyone in the phone, the list goes on and on. But keeps wanting to raise rent for what ? Residents are getting fed up and wanting action taken. Property is a mess but no one cares,

    Ive been here since April of 2020 and this is definitely my last lease here. At first it was decent, maintenance was responding at a timely manner, it was all worth the money I was spending. Year after year, my rent goes up but the quality of the apartment complex has just gone completely downhill. Office doesnt answer the phones, maintenance takes months to respond even when somethings broken, their is no playground for kids to play on, its the middle of July and they wont even open either of ********* on the premises. Cars keep getting broken into, and the list continues. Its frustrating because as I mentioned they keep raising the rent, but every year the quality just gets worse. *** tried to talk to the office about things, they give the basic scripted answers. Oh itll be open this week, a month later still not open. Etc. I used to love this complex, now I cant even figure out how to get ahold of anyone to find out anything and just would like to see some changes being made.

    Has not returned a security deposit of *****. ******* was credited to an account that I no longer have access to, now they are saying they cant find the details of that transaction. Account should have been closed by the business but never was. Moved out on March 17, 2023.
