    We are so sorry for the delay in our response during this holiday season. We are catching up and will correct the actions with Mr. ***** We realize we did not respond in a timely fashion but going forward will be more prompt. This delay was due to the influx in orders during Black Friday all the way through the New Year. Most employees who usually respond to these emails were helping pack orders- we had all hands on deck! We are making changes in our daily operations to make sure this does not happen again. Thank you!
