As a small business, I researched purchasing my coke products through the local supplier to see if the price would be more economical. He asked to meet me at my business, even though I told him I did not have room for, nor desired any coolers or merchandising material. We met, he asked what kind of products I used, and what amounts I typically used. I told him and he made note. He said I would need to create an account to see what my particular pricing would be (assuming it varies with volume) and so I did. After I saw the pricing, I contacted him immediately and told him I would not be purchasing from them and explained that the prices were cheaper for me to purchase at the local grocery store by a large margin. I thanked him for his time, and that was the end of that. During my opening week I had a coke truck pull into my lot and I asked him what he needed. He said he had an order for me. I told him that was not possible, as that I am not a customer and never placed an order. Not online. Not anywhere. He looked at his slip and then left. I have, every month since, received a statement for $0.95. I have called numerous times, spoken to numerous people, including the local rep. I have never received an invoice, despite repeatedly asking, because I never ordered anything so they cannot produce one. They cannot tell me what it is for, and the local rep has told the company to delete it, since I was not a customer and have never ordered anything. I have contacted the billing department via phone, email, and regular post. They continue to send this bill that I should not have for an order I did not generate. The local rep told me to simply "ignore" anything coming from the ** department, but as that they are emailing me a bill monthly, I feel I cannot do that and require resolution. I am NOT paying anything, even as little as 95 cents for something I did not receive, request, or want. Is it possible to help me resolve this? I have emails for these conversations.
