      I gave him a total of **** dollars on May 1st but did it with payments may 1st was my last payment to him too add up to **** dollars down-payment for the car I wanted but never received. he would avoid my calls text and would procrastinate to give my money back the first time I asked him and just to figure out his business partner told me they couldn't get a title for the car so they proceeded to give me a loaner car to use and we had a discussion about the loaner car about me thinking about buying a loner car never said I would I said thinking about it and he said he would call me back never did and proceeded to not call or text me back on a sunday i told him i will not proceed with the car and he came to pick it up and claimed that I put a ***** plus miles on it when a car came already with 204 plus miles on it.we had a agreement he would give me 300 to 400 dollars back I accepted it and I gave him the car then he proceeded to avoid my calls and texts until I got my grandmother involved he proceeded to lie to her about me tell him to take his time to give my money back. ps:I do have all the receipts if you want to see them email me at ******************** and we did not have a contract ps: again the last payment he didn't give me a receipt but **** app saves receipts thankfully and also ge uses his business to cover up what he actually does

      To address this matter he did give me a deposit of ******* at different times which he gave on different days and it was suppose to be ******* which was ******** was ****** and 04/17/23 ****** and ******** was ****** and so on May 11th I delivered a 2007 ******* Elantra, and yes it was a loaner for a couple days and he decided that he wanted to keep the car! He was suppose to pay the down payment for this car of ******* but I accepted ******* he was suppose to do biweekly payments! He never paid a dime after and I called him and asked him for a payment and he told me that he didnt get paid until June 13th! When I dropped the car off my car had ******* and when I picked it up it had ******* miles on it and he was told that about the mileage that he will not be getting money back because he kept my car for a month and put over **** miles on it and I could have rented this car out and got ******* a month for the rental! My cars are very reliable cars and he said he didnt drive it his sister did! Well I didnt have a agreement with his sister so If she drove the car he would need to get his money back from her because that would be something that is discussed between them two! I run a business and Im not giving my car out to be driven a month for free at all unless you were getting a repair on another car! So this is why he put in the complaint because you were responsible for the car and anything done or miles put on the car is his responsibility!!!!!

      I am rejecting this response because:
      So your gonna ignore the fact that we had a agreement when you did get the car *** you said you would give me back 300 to 400 dollars back and proceeded to ignore my calls and text and plz do show proof on where I said I get paid the 13th of June I said i think I'm getting paid the 13th because I was out of work a couple of days do to personal issues.and you lied again on here saying you've been calling me which I have receipts on that to but it's all cool I'm going down town this week to place a court order.we can do the talking in court see you then
