      I have receipts from Hoover Headquarters that I paid in full for a deep cleaner on October 14, 2021 and no vacuum cleaner as of this date. Wrote them a letter to the headquarters two weeks ago and no answer. The price is $181.00. I want my refund. The receipt says paid and still nothing. They took my money and won't send me the product.

      My husband bought two vacuums and they were the upright vacuums and they don't really clean the carpeting that good and the vacuums are black and red he paid $100.00 dollars for both vacuums and the vacuums made a hole in the carpeting and we live in an apartment. We think you guys should replace the vacuums because the vacuums we get don't really clean the floors too good. We want our money back or a replacement vacuums. We are recovering from covid . The vacuums should be made better. We like to know if you guys can ship another one that is updated and the bagless and upright vacuums. Resolution, we want our money back or a replacement vacuums. Thank you.

      I ordered an Oreck floor cleaner at the start of October. It was the second level model, agent told me it would be at my home ***** business days, it NEVER arrived. I called them and was told that model is on back order until MARCH 2022, so she LIED.. They changed out the model and I received it BUT i received NO PARTS(second part of order) I called AGAIN and she said they would resend that part of the order BUT they DIDN'T so then they said they would refund the amount of the second order. Today they DOUBLE CHARGED ME FOR THE FIRST ORDER $403 and NO refund of the $143(second order) I tried calling them again and all you get is useless indifference and they put me through to the credit department BUT that department is NOT ANSWERING. I wish I had NEVER bought the Oreck clearly they are a useless company!!!!!!!!!!!!!

      Credit department is showing a total charged to this customer of $. ******. The credit refund was issued on 11/2/2021 for the parts she said was not received. No other checks were sent to the customer from accounting. She will only receive the ****** credit for parts not received. which is in process The ****** is the price of the Orbiter which customer still has. customer has acknowledged she received the unit. There was no sign of a second charge of 403. She may have seen an authorization in that amount but was only charged one time.

      I purchased a product on June 2, 2021 from Hoover Vacuums. It was stated that the product would be shipped in **** business days and received shortly after. I did not receive notification that the item was shipped until June 21st and it was supposed to be delivered by ****** After 2 weeks, I checked the tracking and it said the product was still in NC. I contacted Hoover at the beginning of July stating I had not received my product. I was told it was backordered and it would be shipped as soon as it was in stock. I waited until the beginning of August before I reached out to Hoover again. This time, I spoke with a supervisor and stated I was very unhappy from the lack of communication and wanted my order, as well as some type of compensation for the inconvenience. I was only offered 10% off my total, which was never given. I reached out again in September and was told on September 30 that my item would be shipped shortly and I would receive a full refund of the purchase price. When I hadn't received any update from Hoover, I contacted them again and was told it would be shipped out shortly. It is not November and I still do not have any information on where my product is and when it will be shipped. I also have not received my refund that I was promised.

      I purchased a vacuum which failed and is warrantied. I filed a warranty claim which was granted. I was told to cut the cord off and a new one would be mailed. I keep being told there are delays. I haven't been given an actual ship date and they keep extending. I have gone weeks without a working vacuum. The company won't issue a coupon to allow me to get one locally versus waiting for them. They also won't issue a refund so I can repurchase. I liked the vacuum but it doesn't work. I need a replacement immediately. My daughter has been in the hospital and I am unable to vacuum my floor. The company won't give a date they will send a new one. "On back order" is all they will say. Excuse after excuse with no date of when they will correct this. They can look up the chat number ******** or they can look up by my email address to see the correspondence I've had with them.

      I am rejecting this response because:  Thank you for a quick response; however, I've already been told of the delays and I keep getting similar messages.  I am still in doubt the item is shipping out.  When you provide me with tracking information and the item comes, I will be willing to close this out.  I hope that isn't weeks from now.  I would also like the original warranty extended the same number of days I have waited.

      We purchased a one pwr vacuum mop sysstem. 2 weeks after purchase the suction was gone. tried checking everything we could. never found the issue. hubs contacted them and nothing was resolved. i reached out to them once i realized that the hose that takes from the floor to the resevoir was cracked. They said i was out of my warranty window...which is BS since we tried reaching out prior to this with no response from them. Now they are stating that we got an email from them and they never got a reply...which we never received anything. now they wont fix the broken part. only offered me a discount on a new one... not pleased will not purchase again.
