            Reunity Concrete Coatings was paid $12,824.00 to place epoxy coating on my concrete patio. After the job was completed, I noticed there were parts of the concrete that did not have the glossy coating. I contacted ******, install manager twice, ***** once and **************. No one has tried to contact me regarding the issue. ***** received a deposit of $6,000 March 21, 2024. The balance was paid upon completion of the job on May 19, 2024.

            I am highly ticked because i asked if they can do my floor on a weekend they said yes after 5 days they canceled and stated that they git approved to do on the holiday after i already made plans fir the original appoint. Then i had an emergency and try to contact the company i was transferred to numerous people with many different numbers when i finally got a call back it was 4 days before the holiday when i voiced my concerns and emergency that i am unable to continue due to the emergency. I was told i will not get *********** back because i should have canceled 3 days after contract was signed... **** could i when they were to come on the original appoint but they canceled tet they kept my $250 dollar's.. They told me nit I will not get my money back no matter what.. thst is bad business bad company all they did was pressured me into something i didn't want. They bluntly took my hardworking money without even coming out . FYI they do mot have a sign contact in my name they had someone else's name on the contract with my signature... all i want is my $259 back thank you
