    I purchased two Le Creuset pans on 12/29.23 for $334 including tax. I found out in less than a week that these pans that are supposed to be high quality contain chemicals coating with PTFE, FEP, and PFA. I cannot use the pans as I thought they were a clean brand. I called customer service and they were somewhat rude trying to convince me to keep them. The Outlet store said they could not take them. The company will not even give me a store credit or exchange even though they claim they have a "Lifetime Warranty". This company is false advertising. I called within the return period, now it's February and I'm still trying to get a refund, or store credit because not all their products contain those chemicals. These pans are like new. I will never buy from this company again.

    I ordered a utensil holder in the *************** and what I received was NOT the same color as advertised or that matched other pieces I have. They made me pay for return shipping which cost $21.31. The ** rep was extremely rude and tried to tell me that the lighting in the photographs makes the color look different. Well excuse me but the color of the utensil holder they sent made the color look different because it was NOT the same color as advertised.

    A year ago, I made a purchase of a large Le Creuset dutch oven. Despite the manufacturer's assurance of dishwasher safety, I have consistently chosen to hand wash it. Unfortunately, a mishap occurred recently when I inadvertently placed the lid in the dishwasher. As a consequence, the outer color of the lid has become discolored, exhibiting signs of wear in certain areas.After reaching out to ********************************* *******, a customer representative from ********************, I was extremely disappointed with the level of assistance provided. Not only was she unhelpful in addressing my concerns, but she also displayed rudeness throughout our interaction. She dismissively labeled the discolorations as "cosmetic" and informed me that they would not be covered by the warranty, providing no further assistance or guidance.I am seeking a replacement lid or an entire refund for this product.

    02/03/2023 Purchased a heart shaped Dutch over from them When it was delivered the carrier threw it over the fence and it was broken They sent me a new one but it was too small so I returned it within ************************************************* 2 in error which is not true so they will not give me a refund unless I return them both

    This order was placed on December 14th, 2022 from Le Creusets website and the item in concern was $225 before tax on order number ********. The item purchased was a signature square skillet grill in the color Oyster. The business committed to providing me a brand new and non-damaged pan, but unfortunately did not follow through on this. When I received the pan it was in clearly used condition with marks all over the pan and what appears to be strands of cooked on plastic stuck to the pan as well. Not to mention that the box the pan came in was not secured or fully closed in the packaging either, making me continue to question the items quality and more so, the businesss commitment to providing high quality products to their customers. I have reached out to Le Creuset three times since the order arrived to speak with a real person about the issue after originally sending an email with pictures of the damage to le creuset directly, while I packaged the item correctly waiting for a return slip and a confirmation that a brand new non-damaged pan has been sent my way. The only correspondance back to me was an automated message telling me that if I wanted to file a warranty claim then they needed various information and pictures from me (all of which I had already sent, but also this is not a warranty claim because we have never used the product and received one that was not new). The business and their customer service time has failed to speak with me despite requesting multiple times to speak to a real person. I have been repeatedly ignored. If I had an option to return the item and purchase it from a different business I wouldve, but I cant even do that. My parents are still without a new grill pan (this was supposed to be their christmas present from me) and we are all frustrated and disappointed. My tracking number was 1Z2243210305857787.
