    I am writing to bring to your attention a disconcerting incident involving a Master Class for aesthetic services hosted by **********************Upon enrolling in ****************' class, I was under the impression that she was a certified trainer affiliated with your esteemed ******************* Unfortunately, it has come to my attention that her claims of being a Green **** certified trainer were misleading. Despite investing $1,124 in her class, I have yet to receive the promised Green **** professional products or legitimate certification.**************** instructed me to purchase the products before the class, assuring their timely arrival on the scheduled class date. To attend this class, I traveled approximately 7 to 8 hours. However, just four days before the class, she informed me of a delay in product shipment. On the day of the class, I did not have the necessary products, and she assured me they would be shipped promptly.Despite her assurances, the specified delivery day passed without receiving the products. Furthermore, she provided an invalid tracking number, falsely indicating that the package had been shipped. This situation has left me in a compromised position, both professionally and personally.
