I sincerely apologize if your experience with our Payzerware software fell short of your expectations. I would like to provide additional details regarding your cancellation and billing for better clarity:
According to our terms of use, a 30-day written cancellation notice is required. Although you canceled on 9/21, which theoretically could have allowed us to bill you through 10/21, we made the decision not to proceed with this. Our billing system operates in arrears, so the October bill you received actually covered the month of September. Since you stopped payment, you were not billed for September either.
I understand that you mentioned an entitlement to two free months of Payzerware. This promotion is designed to reward active usage of the software in your business for a specific period, serving as an incentive to kickstart your software implementation. Had you continued using Payzerware, the two free months would have been applicable.
