    At the very end of a semester, I was running out of meals at the dining hall, Chartwells, a Compass company. I bought a new package of 50 meals at the end of the semester for the following semester for $399.99. All of a sudden, they weren't in my account anymore. I contacted ********** at the time. Chartwells' response was that they didn't carry over. That doesn't make sense. Why would I purchase 50 meals at the end of a semester? I used about 10 of the meals. There is no way I would have paid almost $400 for 10 meals. It's not fine dining. My friend told me I should still fight the charge. Receipt is attached. ********** should issue a credit to my credit card or send a check refund.

    On 7/21/24, Item purchase not RECEIVED from machine, The next morning which was on 7-22-24 I made a call to Canteen Vending in *********************************, upon calling a ***** answered the phone, I explained to her what had happened, and she asked for all my information and told me she would reach out to corporate and they would issue me an echeck which NEVER HAPPENED, I reached back out to her again an few days later, The same lady named ***** told me the EXACT same thing she had told me previously, She asked for my information all over again and said she would get a hold of corporate once again and they would issue me an ***************** stated they had a world wide outage machines down, This is the SECOND TIME and it still NEVER HAPPENED, I finally reached out to a lady in corporate and I told her what ***** had told me about an echeck, The lady at Corporate assured me this is not how they run their business pertaining to an echeck im assuming, and INSINUATED what ***** the lady at the ******** Office told me was totally inaccurate information. The lady at corporate once again asked for my info and said she would forward this matter to a manager and have someone call me, a week later a ******* calls me and ask for all my info yet once again and tells me she is going to get the vending machine route guy to leave my money in an PINK ENVELOPE with my name on it at the place of business, She gave me her WORD, IT NEVER HAPPENED, I even told her where to tell the route driver to leave it at, I gets to work their was no envelope anywhere, I tried to reach back out to ******* from my cell phone no answer, I tried calling from my landline NO ANSWER, finally I blocked my NUMBER OUT and GUESS WHAT?? ******* ANSWERS, I told her my money was not their at my job, and she said she was going to email the route driver and call me back, IT NEVER HAPPENED, I know 3.00 is not a lot of money but my credit card also charges interest, and this vending machine DOUBLE CHARGED my card.

    This is a vending company at my place of employment. The machines are often broken and I have filed several complaints about the operation of the machines along with filing paperwork for refunds and as of today August 12, 2024 Im still waiting for a refund of 7.50 due to the machines being broken and Im unable to get my money back because theyre telling me that corporate is taking care of everything and its been about 2 months now

    Canteen/Compass Group operates a canteen service at my employer address below.I purchased and received 1 BAG of Tostitos *********** on May 22, 2024. The electronic payment device double charged me for $4.76. Again, I only received 1 BAG of chips.I emailed their customer service and they told me to dispute it with my credit card financial institution. Uhh.......I don't think so. Then they abruptly closed the case they opened without resolution. I know how these vending machine operators are. They think they can dodge accountability on erroneous charges because they are remotely located. I don't think these electronic vending machine errors are by accident. I need them to refund $2.38. I'm not paying $4.76 for one lousy little bag of chips. I attached a photo of the product.     Grandson in prison, used a canteen card. Left with a balance after last visit. Requested refund, got a link to print the check. I have no printer, requested they send check. Given a link to deluxe checks, they dont process these checks. Requested printed check again.I would not have known to get a refund had I not asked. There should be info given out with cards for reimbursrment. The loved ones of the incarcerated should not be taken advantage of.

    Spoke with ***** Brooklyn about a job working from home process orders for their company off of indeed (which has been notified as well) he set up a zoom meeting for me to speak with the recruiter *****************************. I spoke with ****** and did the interview via zoom. I was given the job - printed out the whole policy and W4 (did not send that back in). ****** had me deposit a check in the amount of $4500.00 in my account and wanted me to go to their vendor to purchase a apple computer and the vendor would download the software that was needed. I refused to do this until the check cleared my bank, when the check did not clear my bank and I was charged from my bank fee's I contacted ***************************** on zoom (I do have the whole conversation) and he said he was ready for war and blocked me. I then contacted ******************* via email and stated about the check and he blocked me as well.
