I ordered a custom ******* sofa and ******* chair in coyote cigar. The order process was very easy and the customer service was great! The delivery was perfect! Very nice and professional. My leather is absolutely beautiful! I was expecting it to be a little different than it is but it is still amazing! Would def recommend Club furniture and I will be a returning customer!!

5 starsGreat buying experience! Everything from initial contact to final delivery was very professional and customer friendly. The only issue I had was selecting the leather for my recliner. The samples are very small and its difficult to get a good feel for what it will look like. The second step in the selection process is receiving a slightly larger sample of the selected color. The second sample was not much larger and really didnt help. The recliner I received is great, but it wasnt the color I was hoping for. I was trying to match existing leather sofas and chair. Its close, but not quite the match I was hoping for.Review fromKaren F

5 starsLove the looks of the large sofa and fabric. The exciting news it came thru the apartment with no problem because of the size. My son said it would come thru knowing how concerned I was he would buy it and put in storage later for my Granddaughter if it had been a problem.American made is always my first choice. Great experience from start to finish . The Quality i expected and the delivery and placement was flawless . The delivery guys were polite and patient cleaned up and removed the packaging and were very cordial . Completely satisfied and the fit and finish is what I expected . This is our second order with this great company. They do it all right. The ordering is easy, the prices are good, and the delivery is smooth. Ours only issue was that the leather we chose was so smooth that it almost looks not real. We should have chosen a leather with more texture. But that's our fault, not theirs. We are very happy with our craftsman style recliner. Very high quality and comfortable product. Communications were thorough and responsive and the process was very easy. Pricing is a tad high, and the time period to receive the product after initial order was pretty long. But, again, the product is everything we wanted and it was a pleasure to work with customer service.Clubfurniture.com
