    BBB unable to locate business
    I received a gift card in December, 2019 purchased from the franchise location at *********************************************************. The card has no expiration date, and I called cardholder support number to check the balance, but was told that that card service no longer handled any business for Painting with a Twist.I Tried to call the location in *********, ** *************) but only got recording, and I left messages but never received a call back. I also sent an email to the contact on the website around 12/13/22 but have not had any reply.I would like to use the card to try their service but it seems that I'm being ignored. Otherwise, I would like a refund of the $40 that was put on the card.
