    Incident occurred July 12th 2024. Our niece ********************* and her husband ******************* paid for a Services they did not receive. They pay a monthly fee, for years, to protect their investment, their A/C in their home. Dilling did not take care of them in a proper fashion! Dilling states the have Emergency Service. When ************ needed Dilling to come and take care of their A/C, they blew them off, stalled them out, and left them their son, a special needs adult, and two heavy fur coated large breed dogs and us their elderly Aunt and Uncle that is in his 70s in 90* - 96* plus heat for three days. Dilling has been receiving a monthly fee every month for years. There was no reason other than incompetence and lack of ************* that ********************** did not come immediately. They took ************* money monthly for years, but did not provide the Service that they paid for. Dilling takes the money but does not train their employees to properly handle their job duty functions. Dilling should not guilt their customers by saying we are struggling, we can not find any good technicians! That is not a Customer Issue. ************ have paid good money every month for years and then to have Dilling treat our Family in that manner is appauling, unprofessional, unethical and down right immoral. No Company should endanger a special needs adult, an elderly couple in their 70s and animals the way Dilling did. Thats Abuse, Neglect and Endangerment in 90* - 96* Degrees for three days. Any one of us could have stroked out and or dehydrated and died! Dilling does not seem to struggle with taking their Clients money. However, they do struggle with properly training their employees that are supposed to be proving a Service to those paying Clients. Dilling should be ashamed, embarrassed and display humility for the way they treated ************ and their Family. Dilling needs to do better by actually Servicing their Clients in a proper & professional manner immediately every day!

    I purchased a maintenance package for **** when this business was Climatech. Dilling reached out to me to say it was time for my annual check-up. Their tech was personable. He claimed that my capacitor was rusted and ready for replacement. I asked for a quote on the work, and asked if this had to be done immediately. He leaned toward yes. He said "I do this on the side and I'll do it for $115 instead of Dilling's $300 quote. Right then I began to doubt his intergrity, and told him I'd think about it. The very next day, the **** went out. Was this a coincidence?I then called another **** company that I recommend to all of my clients, and asked them to please come to give me a quote to change the "now broken" capacitor. She called me back and said "you only owe us a trip fee...the capacitor was just disconnected and it is fine. We simply reconnected."I told her the story above and she was not surprised, said she'd heard of that scam. I thought to call the company to report the technician, but spoke to a fellow agent who told me about a family member who worked for Diling and how he quit because they were actually forcing him to run this scam.I'm so disappointed that a trusted company would do this.
