I am writing to express my concern about the discriminatory treatment I have received from the Homeowners Association (***). Gibbon Crossing Association In. I feel that I have been singled out and mistreated because of my name/religion, and this has caused me a great deal of stress and anxiety.I have noticed that the *** has been enforcing specific rules and regulations more strictly with me than with other residents. For example, I have been fined for minor violations (leaving a trash can outside). I corrected the issue, sent a picture showing that I corrected the issue and they told me the case was closed. a few months later they sent my case to the lower, and they asked me to pay the Lower and their fee for the case already closed. The lack of communication and they not collaborating with me. I am deeply disturbed by this behavior, as it goes against the values of equality and fairness the *** should uphold. I believe that everyone should be treated with respect and dignity, regardless of their background or beliefs.Sincerely,***************************
