    I had paid Lendos ******** in 2023 to replace and install new siding and triming on my townhouse. They sent me pictures showing the job has been completed. However, I live in another State and in January 2024 I was in ** looking at Mt property and noticed the job was not complete. The roof siding was not done, and the side where the siding where the gutter was left opened. The next door roof where Lendos replace the roof was not complete, leaving a huge mess. When it rains water runs down to my side. Also the siding where they left it open seems to have moisture. I had contacted the company and sent them pictures. They said they were not aware that is was not cometed and will come fix it. Every week they make an excuse not to come and said they will come in this day. So far nothing has been done. I sent text messages and images of the problems and I know they saw it because it says read. They are ignoring this problem. I want them to complete the job as promised and repair any damages it may have caused to my property as they have neglected to do a complete job in the first place.Lendos also own a property next to mine and they did repairs on the unit *************************************. They left their roof unfinished causing rain to drop heavy into my side. I tried to upload the video but it was too large. As you can see on the photos are pictures I took when I was at my property.

    I spoke with the homeowner and told Her that we will take care of the issue. however I'm depending on my subcontractor to comeback and take care of the problem. for the past 2 weeks He was schedule to come over but we have had a lot of rain. we will take care of the ************** as soon as we can get few days of good weather. I can promise we won't do you wrong specially being my neighbor.

    I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to my complaint, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me. However,  I would like the business owner to communicate with me all details including date of repairs and send me all photos of completion of repairs

    I am rejecting this response because:
    I previously file a complaint in March 2024. Complaint number ******** . I still have not heard back from Lendos. Whenever I send a message, ****** from Lendos keeps making excuses. I see that he reads my text messages, but not replying. They are unprofessional. I paid this company to do the repair and they did not complete it. If there are damages to my home, caused by them for not completing it, they need to repair it. I am not satisfied with them and need to to finish the job correctly.
