      Wish I can sue the atrium from surgeries done wrong, my first surgery September 2019 my legs locked up temporarily paralyzed waist down from blood clots. They performed a surgery placing a stent in my left leg but, while they were doing the surgery I woke up when they was like if he's coming back we should leave it in ********* said no take it out, they were like what are you doing woke? & pumped me with more sleep medicine and left it in there in which causes me to not be able to walk up stairs or inclines. Second 2 in 1 surgery they went through both sides of my groin to flush ivc filter out one side 5" the other 12" to flush out blood clots from ivc filter in 2021. Why is it that the pains my ex primary care doctor ***** Ost signed me up to get disability for are still going on? They damaged my penal area there is little pebble like knots on my testicles, my left waistline and lower abdominal area still hurts daily, my p**** is no longer as big as usual it's now small and backs up in me and all **** ******** MD could tell me is that it could get stuck like that and never spoken to me again. I told him on both sides of inner thighs feel tight and ******** said like bands! I said yes and p**** backs up and I was circumcized, ******** only said watch out it could get stuck like that and I asked; then what? No response yet & that was four years ago. That hospital needs to be shut down permanently + I desire compensation for suffering in this predicament my life has not been the same. I am thankful and grateful I have life, this is not living, can not work at all on disability in which helps not complaining it's still not enough to live off. My lease ended February 25th 2024 and what I get paid is not enough for first month rent and deposit, been suffering homeless staying wherever I can in the streets, hotels, cars, barns, etc. I need a lawyer a great one.

      Some Atrium Health doctors are fine for wellness care; however it is impossible to get an appointment when you are actually sick or injured. Despite being an established patient, if you need urgent care, her office simply tells you to go to the emergency ******** of the main reasons I want to have a regular physician is to avoid having to sit in an ER for hours and so that I can be treated by someone *** knows my history and ***m I can trust. Atrium Health physicians do not provide that. If you are looking for a doctor *** will be there for you when you truly need medical care Atrium Health is not a good choice.

      This practice is very unprofessional neglects patients and the lady there named ***** ******* who is an RN is very rude contacts you with incorrect information and has anger problems she will also hang up on you

      I took a friend to the hospital for pain. Trust me he has been to many Doctors in the past few years. Finally a Doctor that cared enough to take test and actually look at the results. He was extremely knowledgeable and patient. Unfortunately he wasn't able to be his primary Doctor because he is an ER Doctor. Thank you for a long awaited diagnosis. Thanks for your knowledge and professionalism. Thank you Doctor ***** *******. I hope there are many more like you in the world.

      I just had probably the worst experience Ive ever had with a customer service *** for attitude ********************** billing department. The woman I spoke to was incredibly rude and had an attitude with me from the moment she picked up the phone. I was trying to get answers about a bill and all she said was she cant fix it and anyone else I talk to will say the same thing. I asked to speak to someone else like her manger or literally anyone else because she was so hostile and she put me on hold and let it sit there. She did not transfer me to anyone and had no intention to. I dont really understand why this company would want somebody like this working for them. This is a HEALTH PROVIDER. The care and issues of your consumers should be of the utmost importance to you. Someone with a bad attitude and no intention to help a customer is not an ideal candidate for this position. Shes not really an ideal candidate for any job but the fact that atrium has this woman working for this is absurd and needs to be dealt with. Perhaps listen in to the recorded calls to hear how your employees are speaking to your patients. Im highly disappointed and disgusted with this interaction. So better.

      REVIEW ON ATRIUM HEALTHY AT HOME INFUSION CPAP These people are running a Scam where they make you buy equipment and later try to rip you off for more equipment and then tell you it is non refundable. I had the worse experience of my life with these guys charging me $880 for a new CPAP machine and then wanting me to spend another $159. When I reused I also discovered (after the fact) that they would not take the machine back. I have been trying to resolve the situation but they are rude and unresponsive. My physician wrote them a letter as well and not a response was given. WORSE BUSINESS in CHARLOTTE because they pray on people needing medical equipment.

      Hi yes so I delivered my baby back in 2022 and the nurses paid for me throughout my visit to the hospital towards delivering my baby. They sent me nurses that were against me when it was time to go into labor and it was very personal it was someone that did not like me that work at the hospital in another part. I had no idea and I did ask to switch my nurse is because I didn't like them being mean to me the nurses and the doctors. I went into labor and they put me on a high risk hallway the nurse tech was very mean she yelled and went down the hallway I asked her if she would not she will come in my room mean as well and the nurse I had she was mean and wrote nasty comments about me saying I had a bottle of wine that I was gifted by someone it was very bad that happened. The midwives that came in they were telling me that they didn't like me while wanting to keep my baby for a few hours I was like no and I asked them to leave out of my room it was just hottest mess this hospital needs to get sued. I asked him to move my room because someone had had a baby and the people she allowed in her room I think they were out of control they were loud and they had mentioned something about they were like some type of drug dealer I was like no move me out of this room into another and they did I went to another room shortly after that and people definitely had attitude and stuff with me I didn't really know but when it came time to be wanting food I asked one of the nurse tech if I could go downstairs to get food and she said yes I asked one of the nurses if she can keep my baby for a few minutes and then I'll be right back she said okay she came and got my daughter and I left but someone told me it was okay to walk to the corner store that was right outside of the hospital and that's the part that I need to talk to the police about they said because of covid that I can walk to the store that was right outside of the hospital. I felt so sad and cried. To be continued..

      I have dealt with Atrium Health urgent care twice in the last month. This urgent care is in *********, North Carolina. I have searched the Internet to try to leave a real review that somebody may see but theres no opportunity to review my experience. It should be a provided service. However, my son, who has been sick for six months has been there twice. He was hardly examined, blown off, and I feel like its a little scary that Im a provider and I know what shouldve been completed (examined) but it wasnt. No Stethoscope used. No offer for any testing until I asked. Got refused Except for well, I guess we can do that but I dont think its that. How do you know till you check. Hes been sick for six months. Check his blood Work listen to his lungs and be supportive that Ive brought them in twice. So disappointed. also add, that the symptoms were asked in the waiting room with everybody listening. Theres a HIPAA law and that is totally unacceptable. Its a wash and I would definitely not go back.

      I had an unfortunate experience with the billing practices at ********** Pediatrics in **********, Charlotte, **. I was charged extra for acknowledging/answering a doctor's question and double-charged for office visits. I called and emailed several times but was advised that their new policy allows them to charge all sorts of fees because I signed the pad during the check-in.I hope someone take a look at such practices and implements measures to protect consumers.
