Not a good company. They have several lawsuits just look up concentrix lawsuits. They don't follow labor and employment laws. They don't pay, they will send you a debit card as last paycheck if you even get it. That's against the law. They will tamper with you account and pay when you leave.Law they abused:Further, SB 208 addresses payment to employees upon separation from employment. The new law requires an employer to pay final wages through the regular payroll method used by the employer, unless the employee makes a written request for a live check to be sent by trackable. This law is important bc I never requested anything changed with my account regarding my pay.Well my last paycheck supposed to be sent out on pay day is Friday like usual via direct deposit.I found out they were not going to send money at all. I of course threatened a lawyer and guess what they send a debit card with money on it [I did not request or approve], which ended up arriving 5 days later after the original pay date. This is a law they decided to ignore. Shame on you Concentrix

The hiring process is extensive because they are waiting for the potential employee to volunteer *** work. I know multiple people that have worked there until it came down to that then they were fires. They just want dirt on you so you can't quit.

APPLICANTS BE WARNED I wish I could give NO STARS After almost a month of jumping through your hoops at this company, they finally get me to a video interview, only to then deny me the job?Unfortunately, the recruitment team didn't see my unfaltering ability to do this job well. Along with about 15 years of sales and marketing experience, I also attended one of the greatest colleges in the world for my MBA in Business Operations; maybe you've heard of it: ***********************. The "recruitment" department took me through all the hoops only to deny me the job in the end, overlooking all of my qualifications as well as my passing every assessment they threw at me. which is about 3 or 4 of them. Personality, Typing, Scenarios on the job and a virtual interview as the last one. I did all the assessments and advanced to the next one; I did the computer check; I know I passed that; I was invited toor rather, hounded all weekenddo their video interview, which, by the way, should have been the first thing they invite candidates to since it does seem to be the deny or approve factor, so why not put that first and not keep people dangling and hopeful for a month? When I apply for a job, I am also interviewing the handling and operations of the recruiting process and how the recruitment team interacts with the applicants, since they are the first impression of a company in this context. Sadly, after my month-long stint with Concentrix Recruitment, even though I passed everything, I am still sitting here with a denial and condescending email, as if you held the cards of my career. That is something I will not put myself through again in the future with a company that does not see true ability and talent, so no, I will not reapply in 90 days!

Concentrix and companies like them are too picky with who they want to hire. Im guessing that being out of work for a year for special, private reasons made them unhappy with me and my application. But they shouldnt be concerned with my personal business. You can have more than enough qualifications and they still wont at all tell you why they wont hire you. ****** easy entry level jobs like what they offer shouldnt require an over analysis for any offer of employment. Very poor quality of service.

This company used to have a lot going for it, super positive and enjoyable to be employed by this company. Since the changed up management and put ********************* in charge of the ******** office its been a disaster, Ive been told 80% of the staff has quit in 2023 and it definitely feels like it at the office. Its extremely depressing. Every employee looks for a new job on their downtime. Very sad this office used to have a great environment.

Beware, collected alot of personal information then wanted to require checks sent to pay for software. NEVER cash a check to pay for a job.
