I am writing to formally complain about the handling of my accident claim with ************************************************** on behalf of Clear Blue Insurance. My name is [******** ******], and I was involved in a rear-end collision on **cember 30, 2024, while I was stopped at a traffic light on *********************** in ********, ***The accident involved a truck driver, ****** ******* ***** ** *****, who works for ****************** ************** supervisor, *****, advised me to contact ****** ********** to handle my claim for the damages to my X3 BMW.Unfortunately, my interaction with Mr. ********** has been unsatisfactory. He was uncooperative and rude during our conversations. **spite following the instructions provided by Mr. ** *****, Mr. ********** was dismissive and unhelpful. It was only later that I discovered Mr. ********** is a third-party broker for Clear Blue Insurance.I am requesting immediate assistance in resolving this matter and arranging for the necessary repairs to my vehicle. Also for rental car while my X3 in the shop. I look forward to your prompt attention to this issue.Initial Complaint

Hurricane hit my area and knocked down my picket fence and some of my shingles. I need my fence fixed because I have dogs. And they are not answering. I call and get put on hold for 45 mns and then they a say nobody is available to take your call to leave a message. But they don't call.Initial Complaint

Clear Blue Insurance utilizes a 3rd party claim administrator to handle claims. Their 3rd party has not been responsive to our claim that started more than a year ago. They have constantly changed adjusters on us without any notification and I cannot reach any of them for confirmation on current status. Their total lack of communication and flippant care for our claim is absolutely egregious. I will be also filing complaints at the state level in both ************** and my home **************. - I got into a car accident and this shady insurance company doesn't want to cover my car damages and they dont answer the phone. So now i have a wrecked car and no way to get repairs .
