      While the design work they did was fairly decent, they grossly overcharged me for the work they did and tried to make me pay the fee that they paid the general contractor who build my house in 2024. When I requested an itemized bill they refused to provide it. Never completed the work as contracted through the builder. Left inactive and unattended irrigation equipment all over my property. Unethical and shady. Avoid like the plague unless you are a large commercial entity but even then watch their accounting.
