      I have a husqvarna chainsaw (that I wish I never bought) I bought a year ago. It WILL NOT turn-over and start. I have followed the starting instructions, it has gas, but no matter how many times I pull the rope the engine WILL NOT start! All it does is sputter and die. I spent 45 minutes trying to start this today to no avail! I pulled on the rope over 200 times! It sputtered and died over 50 times! It will not start - it is defective! I was told by others that husqvarna was a reputable brand and I now wish I had never spent over $300 buying this low quality piece of junk. I should be able to simply follow the instructions and pull the rope a few times and it should start up and stay running continueously like it is supposed to but it will not even start! I would take this piece of junk back to get my money back but since I purchased it a year ago the store will not take it back. I only started it once before a year ago and it took FOREVER to get it started, now this is the second time I tried to use it and it will not start at all! I tried to call the customer service number and that was an appalling joke!! All I got was an computer voice when I wanted to TALK TO A PERSON! The voice said to go to their website and do chat. I did that though I HATE CHAT. This was an even more appalling joke! I told the person on chat the problem I had and I wanted to know if it was under a warranty since it's less than a year old. The person on chat DID NOTANSWER my questions and instead referred me to an on-line technician site that would CHARGE ME $5 to answer my question about their piece of junk product! I AM THOROUGHLY DISGUSTED AND APPALLED AT HUSQVARNA'S POOR PRODUCTS AND THEIR TOTALLY USELESS CUSTOMER SUPPORT!!!! AND THE ***** OF ********************** TO WANT TO CHARGE ME $5 TO HAVE SOMEONE ANSWER MY QUESTION - THIS IS SOMETHING THEY SHOULD DO FOR FREE!!!!       Huscqvarna website indicated that a $450 part for my mower would work for my mower. After assembly and attempting to use it does not work. Spent 3 weeks trying to get ahold of support or someone on the phone. Was ignored twice via email with no response.. ********* originally would only accept my return with a 15% restocking fee and me paying for shipping. (For a part their website says works with my mower Z254f when it does not). Now they are saying they will not accept any returns because i attempted to use it.       I am rejecting this response because I did not order the incorrect part. I scanned the ** code on the mower and bought it from that screen showing it worked for my mower. I made an attempt with support to get assistance on why it wouldnt work and was offered no response. See reference case previously attached. I had to spend more money to buy a universal hitch for my mower to make it work.

       Im not paying shipping. This product is heavy and the shipping will be expensive.

      I am rejecting this response because: In their email which I can send you they stated that ***** would come between 9 and 10am (see below).  They came at 1pm after I Had already left for the day.  I changed my work schedule to accommodate the pickup and they didn't come until after lunch.  Also have footage from my ring camera showing that they didn't come until after 1. 

      They actually tried to come again today and my wife told them to please try again Friday.


      This whole situation is absolutely insane.  To be as big of a company as they are, they are acting like they can't afford to do anything for their clients.  Particularly when they are in the wrong here and they had a loyal huscvarna customer genuinely asking for help and they were nonresponsive.  They have ignored emails, had their website provide wrong information and they won't stand behind their product that doesn't work.  I'm not paying a dime to return this product.

      We purchased a Z248F model in the late fall of 2022. Sadly, we have had a terrible time with this mower. We bought a mulcher kit (just as we had on our previous mower), but the blades we received were not sharp, nor did the instructions say to sharpen them. After two terrible mows, we took them off and sharpened them ourselves (which we've done many times before on our previous mower). Sadly, that was only a marginal improvement. As we mow, there is a distinguishable line of un-mowed section from the middle of the mower, despite there now being three blades. This causes us to mow over that section again, wasting time. Additionally, our zero-turn mower is only zero-turn in one direction (to the right). The mower will not zero-turn to the left; VERY disappointing. Lastly, the tires are terrible. When attempting to zero-turn or making a turn on a gentle slope, the tires quickly spin and cause "burnout" style damage all over our lawn. We contacted Husqvarna twice in Oct and Nov and were given several options for "at home warranty repair", however of the local options, none offered at home repair options. We subsequently contacted them again in April and were given the same options. Both in the fall and in April, we stated we did not have a way to transport the lawn mower, and to assume all of their consumers had access to a truck and trailer was obtuse. The rep this time suggested we bribe a local neighbor with wine to borrow their trailer. First, I don't have neighbors with trailers and second, I still don't have a truck. I'm very disappointed that I've been sold a terrible product, and the company doesn't have a way to fix the issue without me shelling out a few hundred dollars to have it transported.

      I am rejecting this response because you should cover defective products without costly burden from the consumer. We've had this issue from the time we first purchased the lawn mower. Your company stated is had at home repair options, which is untrue. On the second engagement with the company, you stated that transportation was required; however that's unacceptable to assume all consumers have a truck and trailer to move this equipment from the residence to the repair shop. We've always done our own maintenance on our lawn mowers at home. The company should set up FREE transportation to and from my residence to fix this issue, until the issue is completely resolved.

      Does the pickup and delivery fee have to be paid up front?
      If pickup and delivery is not covered, but the product falls within the 3 year warranty period, does the product need to be dropped off at Lowes?
      Work can be performed at the servicing dealer, but the product will need to be transported to the dealer by the customer. Otherwise, the customer will be responsible for the cost of pick-up and delivery to the dealer.

      I bought a Husqvarna rototiller, DRT900H/960930012, in April 2016. Currently Husqvarna no longer manufactures or sells rototillers and no longer sells replacement parts. Although the tiller still works, I need to replace the tines, which are not available. I have searched extensively to find the replacement tines with no success. I have tried Husqvarna parts, numerous independent parts dealers as well as ***** I would be satisfied with off market parts if they were available. I spoke with customer service and they verified that the parts were not available and the feedback I received was that they are sorry, it is unfortunate, there is nothing they can do and there is no option. I paid $884 for this tiller that is no longer useful. Im asking for compensation from Husqvarna whether it is for a replacement tiller or to have the tines manufactured. Thank you for any assistance you can give.

      It's definitely unfortunate that he parts are no longer available. The Customer purchased the Unit in  2016 and the Unit came with a 2-Year Warranty. Husqvarna did supply the parts for this Unit while under warranty and fulfilled our Warranty obligation. At the cost of doing business; we no longer manufacture these parts. We will not refund for this Unit as it is well outside of the Warranty period.

      I am rejecting this response because:  There is no issue with the unit being operable.  In fact, I have used the tiller for 6 years successfully.  It has a ***** engine, and, even though I am a small, 73 year-old woman, I can pull start the tiller with no problem.  Any well intentioned company that manufactures rototillers should know that tines wear out and need to be replaced.  What I currently have is a tiller that runs but does not till.  This would be like buying a car but not being able to replace the tires.  With your good reputation and quality products, you should have available the parts for the lifetime of any equipment you sell.  I am extremely disappointed with Husqvarna.

      I bought a chain saw from Menards April 2021. It wouldn't start and Menards wouldn't return it. I got it out the next year got it started but had a had time and wouldn't stay running.       I purchased a Husqvarna Zero turn mower July 24th 2020 with a 3 year bumper to bumper warranty from Lowes. Summer of 2022 the left hydro axle failed. Contacted Lowes and was directed to authorized repair shop. After 3 months the repair shop advised Husqvarna then instructed me to take to another shop. Husqvarna now says the faulty part wasnt manufactured by them (It came from the factory on the mower) and to contact Hydro Gear (manufacturer). Hydro Gear said that transaxle has a 2 year warranty. My paperwork says 3 year bumper to bumper. I now have a $3000 mower that has only 75 hours on it and it needs a $900 part that is indeed *******************.

      Mower , zero turn z254f doesnt function as it should. It has been in the shop as much as it has been out since I have owned. Originally it was for belt slippage and breakage , as well as, deck and arm adjustments. These things kept happening so often that it has now had nine belts on it in under three years. Each of which are between 87/104 dollars. This mower has been serviced 100 % as it should be , *********** , and only used for residential mowing. The biggest issue since owning it has been its progressive loss of power. Originally it ran and operated at sufficient speeds. Now it will only operate on black top at speeds below 6mph or 5.8 to be exact. This was done through a gps and tile test with a stop watch. This was also performed with a gps at the service dealer and they got gos results of 6mph on blacktop. In a run and go test , ten feet before test began they say they were able to get speeds of 7.5mph on blacktop on a cool day without the pto engaged. When the top is engaged the mower loses 1/2 of its power and mowing speeds in grass are only arc a *** in of 3mph. The advertised mowing speeds are 6-8 mph, the rising speeds and mowing speeds are entirely different. This mower used to mow at sufficient speeds , it has continued to break down and I have had this looked at each time it has been in the shop, three certified mechanics have stated it is absolutely slow but nothing they can find that is causing it to drop in speed. They are told by husqvarna to only test on blacktop . This mower doesnt operate on blacktop, its used in high friction areas such as grass. The mower losing the power has made this mower basically unusable for me. I am trying to work with these people and they are becoming very difficult as they have offered no resolution to a product that is so unreliable. This particular time it has now been in the shop since mid October with no resolution as to what is causing this issue. I am demanding help with this LEMON !

      I am rejecting this response because:
        This is all they ever say.  Same answer same ridiculous excuse for a response.  This problem had been going in for three years and has progressively gotten worse. I in good faith bought a product from them and they are continuing to bully me into believing this things is operating as normal. I mow with my father in laws mower of the exact brand and type and it is a great mower.  This one is a lemon.

      Ground speed per consumer site states 6.5 MPH
      Dlr confirmed ground speed with GPS at 6 mph and speed measured by distance as 8 mph

      Unsure engine RPM is at full throttle and fluid level in the tank is good

      Nothing to repair - normal operation
