      Very bad service given estimate of **** dollars charged me **** dollars. I was cheated with weight. How I know that was my stuff they given me . Scale ticket was from 9th Jan. ******** on 15th of Jan they left my all boxes in garage. I m senior person they did not give no help. Did not assemble what they put apart. Very bad customer service. Beware of the fraud.

      Part 1 - I'm just going to list the facts of my experience and you can decide for yourself if you want to work with them.They may try to deny this is real so I'll provide a reference number. It was: B3493792.I needed to move from MI to CA. I called them on 8/29 and needed my stuff in CA by 9/17. ************************* was the sales guy and assured me they could do the job and arrive on or around 9/17. He scheduled for my stuff to be picked up on 9/4 and all seemed well. He then called back and said I needed an inventory list. The stuff was in a storage unit so i sent photos and texts to him and then proceeded to list off the contents. He assured me that my storage space was well under the size limit so it would be fine. The quote was $4380 for loading, some boxes and tape (they charged $400 for this), a stair fee of $75 because I had more than 7 stairs, driving, gas, and unloading. The moving team came as planned and loaded my stuff. The lead guy, I forget his name but I think it was ****** convinced me that I had too much stuff and to "tip him well" so that he wouldn't charge me. He wanted $90 per guy (there were 3 of them) even though they were just moving 500 cubed ft of packed stuff from a storage unit into the truck and the limit was 600 cubed ft according to *****. Suspicious, but these guys now had my stuff so i didn't want to give them a reason to damage or lose it... it's stuff that means a lot to me.A week later I get a call late Friday night from ****** saying hi, we're about to arrive at your place. Remember, this is a week before I arrive to receive the stuff and ***** said this would not be an issue. I call *****, I text *****, I leave voicemails...never got an answer from him to this day. **** the driver informs me it's a "misdelivery" and will cost me $600 plus a storage fee of I think $20/ day. Luckily the storage was in LA and I was moving to ********* so not far.

      I was in contact with one of their employees a Csmith to arrange for 12 boxes to be picked up and delivered to ** from CA. I paid him through ***** and he took the money, but never did the job. I have been fighting for days to get my money back with no success. I have now had to file a police report. DON'T DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY.

      This is one of the worse moving companies. Was told one price, ending in being $5000 more in the end. When finally received our belongings, they did re-put together as per agreement and we had so many items broken, boxes caved in. Do not use this company.

      BEWARE!!! I do not recommend Global Moving, LLC at all. I would give them a zero if I could. Global Moving, LLC is a terrible company to work with. Their customer service is awful. There is no communication. They didn't show up when they said they would, tried to tell me the contract had been cancelled, they no showed again after things were straightened out, finally showed and then tried to charge for things the broker said they wouldn't charge for. They would not answer emails, texts or phone calls. When I wrote to a supervisor, I was chastised for questions I asked. I am the customer. They are there for the customer, not the other way around. They wouldn't tell me when my shipment was due to arrive or even where it was at. When I finally got notification that they would be showing up (after 6 weeks), it was from the driver not the company. Then when I saw my shipment, there was a mattress squashed from end to end. I have still not received any response from them, even after I reached out to their customer service again. They do not care that you as the customer are not happy.

      terrible company do not use them!!! I am in the process of a claim. for damaged stuff and they will not return any calls or emails. it took almost a month for my stuff to be delivered and it was damaged. I paid extra to move a motorcycle and it was damaged when delivered. would not recommend this company at all

      1 star is to many. They over charged me, they didn't show up to pick up or deliver on time, then they charged me for insurance they didn't provide. Most of customer service will gas light you if they pick up your phone calls.Global moving appears to be a scam run by 3 people primarily ********* ****, and company are not only incompetent, but there is a chance they intentionally committed fraud.

      SCAM!They under quote you on purpose pick up your items, LATE, then charge you thousands more after which you are tied to in order to get your items. This information was given to me by the third party vendor they sent to pick up my items. He literally said they under quote on purpose. My end price was 4-5 times more than the quote. ALSO they didn't take all my stuff, they left ALL my furniture because the third party vendor they sent only had a specific volume and ** of items to pick up. You are stuck. Its a scandal. When you call for help, no one will help you because customer service is in about 4 different states they literally tell you they are done for the day there on the east coast so you're just stuck. Horrible service; worst experience. I felt cheated and they charge you part by electronic check you cannot dispute and Venmo cash payment only you cannot dispute. Its horrible.I question the other positive reviews on here for this horrible company as fraudulent or paid?STAY AWAY FROM THEM ******: ******* MC: ******

      This company is a scam. Everything sounded good until pickup and then things got shady. At delivery, I paid so that I could get my stuff offloaded and then realized very quickly that they overcharged me. Not only that, but they changed the estimate entirely and it was no the same document that I signed at pickup in *******.They also did not deliver a full page of items, confirmed by the delivery company who was third party sourced y Global Moving LLC. They seem to outsource everything.I sent all documentation to the representative that sold me on the company and was assured it would get to the right person. Since then I have called and emailed and have been completely ghosted. Do not use this company.

      The ONE STAR rating I give Global Moving is too high for this awful company especially when it comes to communications. I was served up some really good talk by the salesman who took on my move. By the way, I learned from another employee that he walked out the door and quit during my move. It was confirmed by the disconnected company cell phone number and he himself after I tracked down his personal cell phone. This company failed from the start and I had no choice but to hope things would improve because my move across the country was important and timed out for my new job. I made this move simple by packing & stacking the boxes myself. The movers arrived late, unsuccessfully attempted to double the cost, took two days to load the truck, and then they lost, damaged, and delivered my belongings in two different trucks days apart. I am still missing some of my belongings despite my move not requiring any storage because it was from house to house. It's impossible to get anyone to answer the telephone and when I did the promise to call back still has not happened. The arbitrator for compensation is just as bad by covering for Global Moving's mistakes and unprofessionalism. I would not recommend this company to move garbage to a landfill! That is just how bad this company is as far as relocation services. Even after providing documentation about my missing property which the movers inventoried themselves Global Moving still has not taken responsibility. In addition, the delivery was shocking because they damaged every single television, left the property at my new location that belonged to another customer, and damaged the walls and floors at my new house. This company should be shut down by the Secretary of State immediately. Almost one year later I am still being shuffled around by Global Moving LLC personnel after leaving voicemails, and emails, and making phone calls to any and every extension. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY TO MOVE YOU. YOU WILL REGRET IT.
