    I saw the doctor on two separate occasions, and soon afterthat I keep getting emails and txt messages and paper bills. I paid all copays at my visit in office and made two payments online at the payment portal. I then continued to be billed and when I called the office no one was able to help me, they eventually told me to email ************************************************************************* So on Oct27,2022 I sent the following email. I still haven't received a response. I have call the customer service as requested by the office but they redirect you back to the office, it's a vicious cycle of people who won't help you. THIS IS THE ****** Good day, l hope that you can clear this issue with my bill up as l have called many times and l have also called the customer service number given and was told that number is only for clients and to call the practice. These are the customer service numbers ************* and ************). I saw *********** on two occasions, 5/24/22 where my insurance tells me I owe ****** for the Dme and ***** copay. I paid my copay at the office. The second visit was 6/30/22 and my insurance tells me l owe ***** for a diagnostic test and ***** copay. I once again paid the copay at the office. So this leaves a balance of 1*****. I made a payment through your online portal on 8/27/22 of ***** and another on 7/18/22 of *****. That means that l have paid ****** so far. So l only owe *****. I keep being billed by your company for ***** past due which is incorrect. Please send me the correct bill so that l may clear this account. Thank you. The statements online don't reflect any payments made by me to your company. This is my second written request to adjust this bill accordingly. I have called your office several times with no assistance by staff.
