      We used their relocation/moving services. Hired spring 2023 and moved in summer of 2023. They made us pay everything upfront. Started adding costs during the move and stated that they would not deliver our belongings until we paid in full and then we could dispute all the addition charges after and they would reimburse the charges that were made by mistake. We paid over $20,000. They charged an addtional $828.55 for "additional packing and breakdown of bunk bed". 1 Representative had 2 walk throughs of our house prior to quotes. The second representative stated they would use our packing materials and there would be no additional charge. The team that delivered and reassembled the bunk bed stated that we should not have been charged additional fees. I've been in contact with our representative since the delivery date of July 2023. She initially responded and said she would need to speak with her manager in order to refund us. This communication went on for months... "I was out on vacation, let me check on that", "My manager has been out of vacation so I need to touch base with him", etc. Now she has completely stopped responding to any of my correspondence. We are only asking for the refund of the additional $828.55

      There was no communication between the customer and our crew about using her packing material. They did not utilize her packing material other than a TV box. We agreed to reimburse her for that box at $100. All other charges are valid and were approved. We consider this matter closed.
