    Just bought a brand new truck from *********************** at *************** **** Lincoln in Charlotte. Drove from ********** S.C. all the way to Charlotte N.C. to pick it up. I was unable to find a better deal anywhere in the south east. I did my research. ***** is knowledgeable and has been in the car business for many years. I couldn't have asked for a better salesman or car dealership to buy a vehicle. I will see them again in about 7 years.

    Today on 4/6/24 when I received a letter from my bank, I realized I had been deceived and defrauded on 3/30 by Mr. ****** the sales associate, who specifically told me- in the presence of eyewitness Shya- that the additional non-essential paint kit, gap insurance, and extended protection warranty products would NOT be added to the loan but instead would be given to me for free as an end of the month gift for my birthday (which is 4/28). If he had honestly explained that I would be responsible for those additional and exorbitant fees, I would have completely rejected them and as a result I could have easily saved several thousand dollars by using my credit card to purchase the vehicle outright- without those unnecessary added costs- because I have a sufficient credit limit based on my 805 credit score. Also, he failed to tell me about scratches on the vehicle and the tire problems, which he knew I could not notice during the darkened nighttime purchase. I have been taken advantage of in a fraudulent manner. Therefore, I am seeking a reversal of those additional nonessential fees or the voiding of the entire contract along with the immediate surrender of the vehicle.
