I purchased a 2022 Volvo XC60 on 7/20/2024 from ******* Volvo dealership and on 8/10/2024 all the cameras went out. It was taken to their shop 8/12/2024. Picked it up 8/14/2024, cameras still not working, Service tech asked me to go ahead and take it because he was going on vacation and would get it back in the shop when he returned in a week. Week passed and he did not call me, so I called and had to ask for Service manager because he did not respond. My SUV was back in their shop on 8/29/2024 and was there until 9/16/2024. On 9/28/2024, warning message came on for headlamp malfunction. 10/5/2024, radio would not come on for hours. On 10/10/2024, display was garbled with the wording not readable. SUV was back in their shop on 10/11/2024. Received it back on 10/18/2024. On 11/8/2024 headlamp malfunction warning came back on. 11/19/2024 SUV back in their shop. I have had many conversations with the ***************** manager and their ****************** who opened a ticket. I informed them this has been too much of an ongoing problem every month and I see the Carfax report shows the prior owner had the computer software updated in 2023 on a service visit and then they sold it shortly afterwards. This leads me to believe they were having the same issues! I asked for a trade because I purchased this as a Certified pre-owned vehicle from a Volvo dealership, not from a corner used car lot, so I expected much better. They promised to pay a month of my car payments, but have not done that either. I need to either get my full refund back from the initial purchase ($37,433.39) or another CERTIFIED XC60 B6 SUV that has not had service issues. I'm paying for a vehicle that I am not getting to drive and enjoy on a regular, steady basis. Not sure if they are waiting on the warranty to expire and then start charging me for the service visits or what. This is annoying, inconvenient and stressful and need to be resolved without any further delay.

I live in ** and purchased a certified vehicle online from this dealership and it was shipped to ********. To start with, there was no communication on vehicle shipping after vehicle purchase was completed. I was sending messages to get the info, and ultimately I found out half an hour before on Aug 20th that a driver is on the way to drop it at my home. Secondly, it was shipped without temporary plate, so I called after the vehicle was delivered and a temporary plate was shipped to me by overnight courier. That temporary plate expired on Sep 19th. I started contacting again from Sep 16th that my temporary plate is expiring and I still have not received the new plate. I was told by ****** Towaas that everything is done from their end and I should be receiving the plate soon. I never received the plate so I contacted again on Sep 26th, then Oct 3rd and finally got a call from ***** Allhay on Oct 4th telling me that I never provided the proof of insurance so my registration has not been filed yet. I provided my insurance company information at the time of purchase and once purchase was completed I added this vehicle in my insurance. Nobody asked me to send the insurance or anything else. I contacted one of the manager (***** ******) on Oct 7th and he assured me that he will look into it and get the registration filed ASAP. In the mean time i was promised to get another temporary plate while my original plate ************* is Oct 31st (when i'm filing this complain) my car is parked in the garage for almost 45 days and still have not received the plate/registration and never received another temporary plate. This is totally unacceptable, I'm not sure if this dealership has done out-of-state sales previously but I have purchased two other vehicles in past from other states and never had any issue. I expect compensation for the troubles i'm having due to absence of a vehicle because of their incompetence and lack of customer service.

We purchased a vehicle from Volvo Charlotte in 2021 and paid the state of ************** for *********************** tax in 2021 & 2022. However, the *** contacted us in 2023 that they never actually received the title from this Volvo dealer and thus we are unable to pay our registration or tax. As this dealership was sold, both old and new dealer are deferring to the other to provide *** the title. This has gone on for 3 months so we are unable to legally drive this car and interest is accruing on the delayed tax payment. We have contacted old dealer manager (******* *****) and new dealership via phone and in person several times to be told they have lost our title. It is our understanding in the sale of a business that records are the responsibility of the buyer but we cannot get assistance from either side. We now must pursue expensive indemnity bond out of our own pocket.

I bought a NEW vehicle from Volvo Charlotte on 2/8/24. It was delivered to my house by their staff that evening when it was dark. The next morning, I noticed a faint rub mark down the side of the vehicle extending from the passenger front door past the gas fill cap. *****, from the dealership called that day and I made him aware of this. He said he would look at it and that I could bring it by the dealership. I am 3 hours away, and don't go to Charlotte, which is why I had it delivered. He called monthly to check in with me, and each time I told him about it. I asked if I could go to a local dealer to get it fixed and even asked him if he was aware of this before it was delivered. He ignored my questions and only said he would look into it. On 4/8/24 he called again, and I told him I needed an answer. Again, he said that he would research it and let me know. He never called. 6/14/24, I was in Charlotte and brought it by the dealership. He had their body shop look at it, and the guy tried to buff it out, but said it was under the clearcoat and he couldn't fix it with buffing. He told ***** and he said he would talk to his boss and let me know. He never called, so I called and left him a message on 6/21/24 and again on 7/8/24 with no response. The dealership knew this was an issue from day 1 and here we are 6 months later in the same situation and they will not return a call. This is ridiculous customer service. I spent over $70,000 for a NEW vehicle and they will not handle this issue.

I purchased *** insurance in 2019 from the Volvo Dealership on ***************** in Charlotte **. In August 2022 I sold the vehicle and I filled out the required forms with ******************* in order to receive a partial refund of the *** insurance I purchased. I was informed the dealership was owned by ************************* at the time I purchased the *** insurance and I would need to contact her in order to receive the funds I am entitled to. I have spoken to ******* several times since September 2022 and I have not received the refund I am due. The new dealership informed me ******* is not picking up her mail from the dealership and ********* informed me today the check was sent to the dealership and it has not been cashed and there are no notes in their system indicating they received a call from ******* asking them to send out a new check to her new business address. I attempted to obtain *******'s new business address from the current Volvo dealership owner and they informed me they do not have this information. ********* has informed me I am entitled to receive $347.59 and they cannot issue me the refund directly without the permission of the dealership. I have exhausted all avenues in attempting to resolve this issue and I would like t receive the funds I am entitled to receive.

To Whom it may ************ in February 2022I discovered that my car could possibly have an oil consumption issue due to a poorly manufactured engine by Volvo.I took my car to the Volvo of Charlotte dealership to discuss this problem. We were told that, in fact, Volvo acknowledges that engines manufactured in certain years, which covered my Volvo, was prone to burning oil due to a poorly designed engine. Accordingly Volvo will pay for the repairs necessary to correct this defect in design. We were instructed that we needed to go through several repair processes at our expense to be sure that my car was affected by this problem. We followed the recommendation of the dealer and 6 months later we are told that YES my car has this issue. We were then instructed to supply documentation that we followed the owners manual related to regular oil changes, which we did.To make our ordeal even more difficult it was during these 6 months the Volvo of Charlotte dealership was sold to ******* Automotive. This complication served to extend the time for our car to be repaired. Now ******* Automotive files a claim to Volvo for this repair. Volvo responds that they will supply the needed parts at no charge but will not pay the labor necessary to make the repair, even though Volvo publicly admits the engine is prone to burn oil. The labor charge is $2,200.00. Volvos response not to pay for the labor had to do with the claim that we did not have the oil changed at the dealership. The Volvo manual does not state all oil changes needed to be by the dealer, just that they needed to be done within the mileage intervals as outlined in the owners manual, which we complied with. I doubt that every Volvo, with this problem, had the oil changed by the dealer. I believe Volvo was looking for an out and used this excuse to not do the right thing for their customers. What I am asking Volvo, ******* Automotive of Charlotte, to do is completely repair and fix the problem of the poorly design
