    I took my car to Buick GMC to get it detailed and a protective coating reapplied to ******************** I was told to take package #4 it offers detailing for the outside, inside, and getting the seats shampooed. After my car being at Williams for over 8 hours I go to pick it up to see my car looks like I just took it to the carwash myself. My seats was not shampooed, trash was still on the floorboard. hair was on the doors as if they wiped my doors down with a dirty rag, there were spots on my seats that could have been wiped away with a towel, spots from the armor all spray was all over my car. I showed the service guy everything that was wrong we walked around my entire car he took pictures of everything I told him this looked like a regular "go to the car wash" type job. I also told him that he told me to upgrade to that package to get my seat shampooed and they don't even look like they even touched my seats let alone anything else in my car I normally keep my car cleaned so to me they looked at my car and thought it was going to be an easy job took a towel wiped down my car and let my car sit for the rest of the day so I can think they was doing a good job but in reality they did absolutely nothing My car didn't smell as if the rugs have been shampooed my car didn't have any type of smell as if anything had been cleaned with any type of cleaning solution so why on Earth would I think they applied the protective coating but the biggest thing that got me is that the service guy told me well I'm going to charge you anyway because they did do something, excuse me they did do something! So all your people have to do is something? I don't mind paying, but a $100 for bare minimum work! Those cleaning technicians did not do $100 worth of work to my car but I still had to pay because "they did something" is beyond me even after showing the service guy all of their mistakes. Autobell do something as well but I don't pay them $100. For him to say that was insane!

    Had the most unprofessional sales service from Cal. He send me a quote that was different from the one he stated on the phone. Because I was driving, I did not notice the difference till later. To make a long unpleasant experience short he wrote: " you can only blame yourself"
